It is rarely or almost never that we post reviews on a public website. However, it is imperative we make this exception, given the service we received from Tristan during our stressful situation wherein our home had a water leak and subsequent significant damage. Tristan was instrumental in relieving our stress by his calm and kind demeanor. He swung into action immediately - estimates and clean up of our place were done within the week and 3 weeks later our home is back to normal. Discussions about payment were almost non-existent - there was trust and the priority was to fix the home. Attention to optimizing cost while doing an excellent job were evident in the discussions. Updates were frequent and timely despite having many other projects on the go - It was like he was fixing his own home! They came out the same day I caught my water leak, assessed the damage, tore down the parts that were beyond repair and dried what was able to be save. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They definitely made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Tim did an awesome job with the cleanup, was very responsive, stopped by several times to check on things, and took care to clean up everything each time before he left. His company was recommended by my Insurance Company but if I would definitely use them again if ever there was a need and would recommend them to family and friends.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

A year ago I talked a lot with Jena from Paul Davis Restoration. Initially, she just answered questions that I had and when I ended up needing some last minute work done on a bathroom, she made it work. She went above and beyond what I would expect from anyone and in the end, the work got done and everything worked out great. So I appreciate Jena and the rest of the team at Paul Davis.

I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. They were professional and made sure everything was clean when they left. Thank you again for all your hard work. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

We were unfortunate on two different occasions that pipes burst and flooded parts of our house, and one of them happening on New Years Day. Both cases, Arizona Construction & Restoration were called out to respond to our water damage. They showed up when they said they would be there, and they completed to job on the time line they gave us. Highly Recommend!!! We had a toilet leak that caused damage in the ceiling above our kitchen, gross! Getting a hold of Square One was easy and Ryan alleviated all concerns I had over the phone. The very next day Bob from Square One repaired and cleaned our damaged ceiling, all while walking me through the steps he'd take to ensure any and all mold/toilet matter was removed. Bob even remembered to call when he arrived, as our baby was sleeping and we were looking to avoid additional chaos. Since moving into our new home a month ago we've dealt with a handful of contractors, plumbers, repairmen, etc. and I can say that Ryan and Bob were by far the most professional crew we've had.

Andy was more than professional and great to work with. I had a small tile project and was eager to get it done. He was prompt with the appointment to review the job and provide a quote and then the crew was on time each day to get it done.
