Hire this company. A+++ I used them to fix some ceiling cracks we had in our drywall from settling over the years. They came over, looked professional, and were extremely friendly. They cleaned up after and the cost was more than fair. I would recommend them

They came right away to take our water damage right away it was great but 3 months with no floor and they brok our patio door. We asked them everyweek if they could fix it never did anything . poor communication. I would never recommend that we had to hire a different company and they move way faster

No one ever wants to have to deal with water damage. However when you have a responsive and professional team like 1800 water damage it makes things easier. We had an issue with our washing machine hose being misplaced and had flooding throughout a good portion of our house. David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. We appreciated the quick response and the professionalism. If we ever have an issue again we will definitely use Jenkins Restorations.

Mr. Eric Allen and his son Cameron were at our home immediately upon hearing of the damage. They worked expeditiously and spent the entire day remedying the situation. Not only did they stay until they found the source, they returned the following day (Saturday) at 6:00 AM to empty the effected areas. They moved all items to a storage facility. They worked in 110 degree heat until 5 PM that day, completely removing all wet drywall and insulation. They cleaned and vacuumed. They then installed many commercial dryers, answered any questions I had, in a very knowledgeable manner. They are by far a company that many could learn how to properly run a well oiled machine. I am going to advise people on Social Media, in the event they have an issue, in The Valley. They are a wonderful efficient team.They work tirelessly and are highly focused on superb quality service. I would give them a higher grade, if possible. They returned every day on a 24 hour interval to check their status & make appropriate adjustments, regardless of it being a weekend. They check every job, no matter how many there are. I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in my 57 years.

Two bedrooms in my home had smelled musty for a few months following a few events that caused me to worry that there may be mold growing on the drywall or in the wall of our home. I was so worried about my two daughters sleeping in those rooms and the potential health effects of them breathing mold spores. I did tons of research on mold, causes, remediation, and mold detection specialists in the Phoenix area.

After way too much worrying, I called Josh at ASAP Restoration. He provided a lot of great info and was very patient and thorough in answering all my questions. He responded immediately and had an expert at my house the same afternoon to perform an air test to check for mold spores in both bedrooms and outside as a control test. Within about 24 hours, Josh emailed the test results and texted me to tell me there was no harmful mold detected. I had a few follow up questions that he responded to right away.

Not only was Josh so considerate to text instead of call during dinner time with the results, because he “didn’t want to interrupt family time”, but he was also 100% honest and transparent regarding cost and diagnosis. He said there was no treatment necessary and he even gave me suggestions to get rid of the musty smell I’ve been noticing.

Josh is the company owner, and he was fabulous. I spoke with two other representatives on the phone prior to Josh. They were just as friendly and efficient! I recommend this company wholeheartedly. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement. They were able to come out on short notice, quoted me _FAR_ less than a competing company, and saved me potentially thousands of dollars in repairs. Bob and Chris were extremely professional, wore proper PPE while in my residence and were clearly competent on the subject matter. I always felt that they genuinely cared and had my best interest for the course of action they described. They turned a potential nightmare into at most a temporary inconvenience.
