Recently SERVPRO helped us mitigate a water problem we had in our home. Their representative did an excellent job of explaining why and how they would remedy our situation and provided the expected cost ahead of time. He did an excellent job in his explanation and the company did what he said they would do. He further showed us results as they were accomplished. We would recommend SERVPRO in the future.

Everett went above and beyond to provide quality service and expedited the replacement of my roof to beat the monsoon. The team that replaced my roof worked fast and did an excellent job installing the new roof. I'm very pleased with the work and I'd recommend using Jenkins Restoration for roof replacement.

Maria was the crew leader & Jackie & Juan rounded out The Team. I was in the restaurant biz for over 50 years, so I know a thing or 2 about customer service. This team was FABULOUS! On time, really good quality work, & very professional on both occasions, after our slight disaster & when they came back after the room was remodeled. I highly recommend you ask for Maria & her Team if you have a small or large disaster! “It’s like it never happened” is just what this Team did. All boxes were labeled & each & every one of the clothes in the closet was dry cleaned. We REALLY enjoyed having these professionals help us out!

I had a water stain on the ceiling. I called ASAP Flood Restoration, they came out the same day, did a very thorough inspection, gave me a very competitive quote, and did the job right then and there.

Aaron and team were great from the very beginning! They worked with us through a very difficult process with our insurance company and did a fantastic job. Awesome people to work with just like family...

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team! Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
