Best Complete Restoration in Phoenix AZ

Had water damage from heavy rains Thanksgiving night. Called Doan at 9:30am and Michael showed up before noon. Addressed my concerns and took care of the damage in a hurry. Great experience so far!

Our house flooded as a result of a waterleak while we were away over the Christmas holiday. We came back to a flooded master bedroom/bathroom and called them that night. They came out the very next day and began their work. In addition, we were headed to Europe for 2 weeks a couple days after coming home to the flood. They worked with our family, set up a lockbox, and provided us updates on a daily basis. We had a great overall experience and are very thankful for their work!

They came out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to start getting everything dried out. Reconstruction started on Tuesday and was done within a week. They were easy to work with and did a great job getting everything back as good as new!

Tristan was very nice and helpful. He was on time and efficient and also willing to help with calls to the plumbing company for me.

Austin helped me through the entire process. Enjoyed his company and his knowledge. Would highly recommend to any one with a restoration need. Flood, mold, and fire etc. please call Austin.

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

We had a plumber come by for a leaky pipe and as soon as they came in, they immediately started talking about having a restoration company come by to fix “all the damage.” They hadn’t even looked at anything yet so the hard push to their preferred restoration company was a big red flag.

I opted to hop online and call a different restoration company, one that the plumber had not referred, and am so glad I did. We had really excellent communication from everyone we spoke with at ASAP, and were so grateful to get an honest assessment from someone who had our best interests in mind. We had someone at our home within a few hours (Haley), and she was great. There are a lot of companies looking to take advantage of nervous home owners, so it’s a relief to find a good and honest company.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. I have hired a couple other restoration companies in the past and never had a good experience but Water Fighters made the process of the water flood in my second floor bathroom simple. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an experienced General Contractor. Such a professional team.
