I was not told that they don’t repair damaged walls until after they billed me. I was told they would remove damaged walls then come back to complete the job. I was then referred to another company to finish repairs. I guess I need to look up the definition of restoration in Webster dictionary. I feel taken advantaged of.

We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. They came out the same day I caught my water leak, assessed the damage, tore down the parts that were beyond repair and dried what was able to be save. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They definitely made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Having a fire is difficult but your crew made it absolutely a joy they were cheerful everybody was cheerful even though they had to climb
33 stairs to get up here including a right angle turn and we're about I don't know about the 30 to 40 ft above them street level. Everybody worked very hard. Not a thing was broken and they were so cooperative I can't even express how cooperative and helpful they were. I would definitely recommend them.

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

They were out very quickly to assess the damage. They were very professional and got most of the damage taken care of quick and efficiently.

After water leak within wall in home in Scottsdale , Az., ASAP Restoration responded promptly the same day as called, and began the DRYOUT phase of the project, while the plumbing contractor was working.
The total job, including the REMEDIATION/RECONSTRUCTION phase was performed in a timely fashion, according to schedule.
The insurance adjusters price was accepted by ASAP, and the workmanship was of high quality( per my property manager).
Would use this company again.

Zona Restoration performed popcorn ceiling (asbestos-containing) on our home. They worked with us during our escrow period, and were flexible working with us and the seller's agent to schedule. Quick work, it was a 4 day process - sealing, removal, post-removal testing, and tear-out. They took care of another minor disposal task on the side which I appreciate. Sebastian, Nicholas, and Shane did a great job on this removal project.
