We have been very happy with Miracle Plumbing. Our rental is in St Pete and we are not local.
They went out of their way to help us with a faucet issue and took great care with my renter.
It is comforting to know there are nice, respectful and knowlegable people to service our home when we cannot.

Jim was super professional and gave me a very detailed explanation on what needs to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. He was way ahead of schedule and gave me plenty of calls ahead of time before his arrival. He did a great job repairing my sink and bathtub. Gladly use his services again one day.

Caleb was very professional and friendly. Had a good experience with my HVAC tune-up. He also made a few recommendations to improve my HVAC systems performance.

Had another company come out for a leaking drain pipe in our crawlspace. They wanted $2432 to replace the entire pipe and demanded a $500 deposit before they would schedule. So I got a second opinion from Bob Franks, they said all I need to replace were 2 leaking elbows for $260 and they fixed it on the spot! Good hard working honest people. I highly recommend you use them.

Main line problems hit early. The receptionist was so nice and worked me in that day. I was so pleased with one really friendly plumber by the name of Josh. In this 100 degree weather, sweat running down his face, he dashed outside and back to the house at least 20 times, and he still kept a smile and had a good chuckle. Excellent job done! Take good care of him. He's a gem!

Honestly can't say enough good things about Authentic Plumbing. Not only is their work exceptional, if you have products currently under warranty they will try to help you get the new parts as well. Eddie helped me return my water heater to Home Depot (still under warranty), and a new tub spout from Moen (lifetime warranty). Goes way above and beyond!!

Russ really helped us out! He was friendly, thorough, and very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

excellent work with professional people

Still waiting on him to return and put the access panel on and show me where the shut off valves are that I paid him to install, this is now 3 days that I have been told he would be here no show!!!!!! Wasted another day September 21 called him said he would be here after his meeting yesterday morning called around 230 he got very upset,I said I didn't want to waste another day waiting and not have him show for the fourth time, he stated he was still in a meeting and I was very annoying we will be going to court update, hired Downey plumbing they came out, informed me that there weren't any shutoff valves installed , Rob stated he did put them in I will be requesting a full refund
