Dan came to my rescue not once but, twice! The first time, a neighbor discovered water leaking up through my floors while I was away. We reached out to Dan and he quickly was able to detect the leak (a contractor put a nail through my water system) and have the issue remediated. The second time was after Hurricane Nicole. I had water coming up through the floors and thought for sure that I would need to replace my concrete tile roof. But again, Dan was able to quickly detect the source (a ruptured duct) so that I could make the appropriate (and less costly) fix. Dan is prompt, knowledgable, and professional. I would not hesitate to use him should the need ever arise again.

The service was ok but the price was way too high, $467 for simple drain problem that took less than 30 minutes sounds too ridiculous. We could have sent the technician back but was too nice to say no when he already came to our house. Will not hire them again.

2nd company called today usually I go through what my insurance provider assigned to me but I had no luck had to wait until Monday got this number from simply googling plumbing near me I thank God we did called them at 4:12 spoke with Don Charles by 4:30 had a nice professional tech at my doorstep (No Lie) I was so surprised myself can't read his signature on the invoice but ...so far everything is working well I couldn't take a shower or use my toilet...hopefully it's fixed but if I ever need any other job done I'll definitely call you guys first Thank you... I originally used Sean back in 2009 to replace 2 runs of quest piping in our home. He did an amazing job and was fast and affordable.
Last week our water connection to our washing machine started leaking. No matter what I tried, it didn't work. I caved and didn't know where to start. My hubby found Seans magnet on our water heater.
