They were very accommodating and professional. The owner Michael himself came out to assist me during the day because all the techs were on other calls. Michael and his techs are always willing to make sure the job gets done right. They are very professional as well as very polite and friendly to both myself and my residents. Their office staff calls me every time to let me know updated times on when their techs will arrive at the property and to inform me of service calls the techs have set for return appts. Excellent customer service!

My Rheem water heater was defective and broke down. The nearest associate Rheem had to do the work was 122 miles away. So I called Chavarria's Plumbing I told them they had a 2 day project with me and with no problem they came over early and drained and dismantled the water heater. I took the water heater back to Home Depot and got a new one. The next morning the guys came and hooked up the new water heater. Fast and Professional

We needed to have a water heater replaced, and also a garbage disposal replaced. The two gentlemen were very professional and courteous, and most importantly, they knew what they were doing! We are so happy with their work! We took nice HOT showers last night! And we ran the garbage disposal after dinner too! 😀
