I live in a senior apartment complex that will not put money towards a permanent solution in fixing the kitchen sink that backs up/floods from other residents. Thus far I have stayed up twice (all nite) emptying the back-up to prevent my apartment from flooding. Terrell came out from All Seasons Plumbing and installed a 'Back-Flow Preventer'. It was money spent out of my own pocket, but I now have 'peace of mind' that I have control of the next time the pipes get clogged. Was given a discount and service was both professional and prompt. Absolutely incredible service from Van Allen Plumbing! We had a huge issue with another company that wanted to charge us double the amount of Van Allen Plumbing and we couldn't even get ahold of them to discuss payment options and the service after the first time they came out. VAP came out and diagnosed the issue, sent it to the home warranty company immediately after leaving our house and we had a new water heater installed within a week after fighting the other company from the beginning of August until now,Beginning of November. Josh is who helped us along with Carlos and they were both very professional and awesome to work with! Josh explained in full detail everything for us of the full diagnosis and what needed to be replaced and what the out of pocket most likely would be. We had no problem paying the out of pocket to them, the service,how fast they were and how professional they handled everything and took us seriously, made it worth it! I highly recommend using them for all your water heater needs and I will definitely be doing Buisness with them again in the future should we need it.

I had an issue with my AC last night. The tech (JD) came out within an hour of my call. He was very professional and courteous. What I thought was going to be an expensive repair turned out to be simply a popped breaker... Some companies would have said I needed a new unit. Great service. Very honest. I highly recommend using them!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Ron S actually unclogged the main sewer 17 months ago so I called him back when it backed up. not only did he unclog it. He diagnosed the problem of the main drain slumping in the space under the house with his camera, allowing thing to set in the main. this has been going on for 15 years and could never figure it out. Good Job Ron S. Reasonable too.
