Best commercial plumbing contractor in town

Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

I would not suggest going with this company. I hired them for a simple sink install in the kitchen, and was quoted 4 hours by Lawrence.

The first day (Saturday), they were two hours late, stayed for two hours and left. The second day (Sunday), 4 hours late, and had to come back later and didn't leave until 9pm. The third day I took a half day at work to make the 2pm appointment time. Showed up at 8, didn't get the job done until 1 am. I don't know how many times I called when they were running an hour late only to hear we'll be there in an hour, and then hours pass without a call back.

I liked Lawrence, he was personable and apologetic, and did adequate work. However, the unprofessionalism of the owner (when I called, and keeping his employee from the job, and tardiness), makes me give them a 1 star. I wasted 14 hours, had to miss work, and didn't have a kitchen sink or water for days because of this. If Lawrence hadn't volunteered to stay late to finish the job I would miss more work and see be without my kitchen.

Stay away from this company.

Had a leak in the foundation where the water pipe feeds the house. Had to shut the water off. Same day response. Found the leak and set it up so we had water for the day.
Came back the next day and finished the job. Also took care of some long overlooked bathroom and shower issues.

Mike was great! He was extremely responsive, gave us a quote up front, did great work— a literal treat to work with especially in our current construction market! Highly recommend.

and they didnt fix the problem ... the bonehead got the line stuck in the drain cut it and left it there and the said it would cost 2000.00 to get his line out
When i called to try to resolve it he cussed me out... i will never recommend them to anyone ever again.. soo sad and very unprofessional... if you see their truck coming into your driveway turn em down.. they CANNOT take irresponsibility for their own mistakes
Good people dont need that kind of service

The technicians were gentlemen and I felt safe with them in my home. They did a great job! They also noticed my AC condensate drain problem and checked that, too. They are considerate, fair and nice. I will definitely use them again.

Came out the next day I called. The plumber was very courteous, efficient and very professional. He fixed it no time! He did the water heater swap out and got it up to code in a couple hours. When done cleaned up before he left. Work was done efficiently and on time. Price was reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company for their service and expertise.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

The cleaning was fast and informative. Mr. Smick knew his stuff. If I had any complaint I received 3 phone calls saying that the technician was 20 minutes, 1 hour, and then 45 minutes away in that order.
