York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

I was contacted by David as the plumber the same day and came out the next morning. He was on time and efficient in checking for the source of the problem to have it fixed correctly. DR Horton uses these contractors in the Cooper Heights development. Their work is horrendous. Beyond their disgusting work, they have absolutely no respect for the homeowners or the homeowners’ property.

Paul, was difficult to work with and was far from professional. He ordered items that didn't arrive on time and he also never retuned to complete the work, so I ended up installing and completing the work myself. Overall it was a poor experience and I advice anyone looking at hiring this company to consider something else.
