Tried to take advantage of us! Told us $2,500!!! But my husband did the research the pump cost us $300. The tech that came out cut our tank alarm cord trying to convince us that it was necessary...it was not! We just wanted the pump replaced. The alarm is whole other entity. Left us with our pump sitting in the yard, smelling and us driving to my mom's to shower and thank God for our neighbors letting us use their bathroom. My husband went on YOUTUBE and figured out how to replace the pump. Called the company to ask them to reimburse us for the alarm tank cord. Big argument...still trying to convince us it was needed. Finally told my husband to buy it and they would reimburse. No calls since and still no reimbursement. Worst service ever! Worst customer service! Who argues with a customer! Usually the customer is the one who argues right? My husband is a VERY calm man and I watched him on the phone with this guy and I could hear the guy trying so hard to convince my husband it was necessary to cut that alarm cord and the service would be $2,500. Said the work would take a long time AND it was 3 techs that came out to our house initially. My husband did it ALONE and my little assistance (holding the flashlight when it got dark outside). I'm writing this review but husband, Jasper Ancrum, is the one who's number I've listed on this review.
