I was talked out of going with another company by a family member who uses this company for their properties. I was glad I listened. They were able to come to the house to make an assessment, get a water heater installed, install a washing machine (that Lowes refused to do), replace 6 water valves and fix a kitchen leak all within a few hours. I also liked that they listened to your goals and discussed options available instead of just asking what you want them to do. As someone who doesn't know anything about plumbing, giving me feedback on my options and the pros and cons with each one was really important. Highly recommend this company.

David was quick to come out. He quoted me a much lower rate than the first company that I reached out to regarding a toilet with a broken flange. I appreciated that he answered all of my plumbing questions and didn’t pressure me into any up sales. My water heater was also pretty old and starting to fail. I asked him to look at it and he showed me where it was leaking and had it replaced for me the same day.

O’Connor was great. David came out the same day I called him to give me a quote to bury a water line in my front yard.

He quoted me a fair price, came on time and worked really hard to get the job done to keep the schedule for the landscaping remodel project that was going on at my house.

Also he spent hours digging outside in the sun, so I'm impressed.

I had water leaking from an outlet in my ceiling and needed it looked at right away to help stop further leaks and damages. I was contacted by David as the plumber the same day and came out the next morning. He was on time and efficient in checking for the source of the problem to have it fixed correctly.
