I highly recommend Luke Steinmetz. He is very professional and kept me fully informed while waiting for the replacement parts needed to repair the windows. He was always on time for his appointments and cleaned up after completing the repair. I would definitely use him again!

Luke did a very quality job replacing the tiles that had fallen off around our tub due to the caulk wearing out. He let me know what was going on every step of the way and was taken care of in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to do business with.

We had Luke and his son put up 2 interior barn doors for us. They showed up on time and were extremely meticulous. You might find a cheaper handy man, but you won't find one as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as Luke!

I had to buy a new open, Luke came and measured for me so I new what size to buy. Once I bought it he came to install it for me. It ended up the glass on the door was shattered when we opened it. So he was very nice and told me to let him know when I got the new one and he would come install it. Every appointment, Luke was on time. He even text when he was on his way. I will use him again

Luke was earlier than he originally said it would be. He took extra care to work around the builder's funky plumbing installation and address potential future issue.

Luke was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I called him about moving a strike plate on a door that was out of alignment. He told me that he had a minimum service charge and asked me if I had other projects he could do to help meet the charge, since my first project would be small. So we agreed he would do a second project for me. He was responsive, quick, and the work was quality. He even made a small repair to my door frame without my asking. The cost was very reasonable for the work. I would definitely hire him again.

The bedroom door needed the door jamb replaced after it was broken due to force. Luke was able to replace it without the need to replace the whole door. If you have a complicated door repair, Luke is the guy you need! We had two stuck pocket doors, and despite a number of old house issues, discontinued parts, and nonstandard customizations, Luke was able to use his extensive knowledge and creative, persistent solutions to get them working again. Needed someone to do some repairs quickly on my rental home since I live out of town. They were able to do the work quickly and sent pictures every step of the way, also were able to work around my tenants schedule. Great work!

Ok so generally you do not expect to be overly pleased with having to hire a company to fix something you and your husband thought would be easy. So we went on google to check reviews and found Honey Do's.

This is where our desire to have our mail order cabinets built correctly became a reality.

For starters Luke picked up the phone when I called. He was very kind and said he could be out the next day.

He showed up early which we are not used to when hiring help. :) I did NOT have to wait around all day wondering like with the cable guy.

He was very clean working over moving blankets everywhere he worked as to not leave a trace he was here.

After taking apart the mess we made and building all 3 cabinets the correct way I was more than happy to pay his fee. Derrick and I will just hire him for all this stuff in the future he is rock solid in every way.

Very good, professional job done on installing a dog door. Sealed the spaces left because the door had decorative panels. Very polite and completes work in a timely manner. I felt like the labor cost was a bit high, but I also know that running one's own business comes with costs that most employed people don't understand. I was pleased with his work and will call him again for other jobs around the house. For you single ladies like me, he seems like a good family man whom you don't have to fear. He came with his son, since it was the weekend, and I loved to hear them chat as he taught the teenager his skills.

First, I have to say that I am extremely happy and impressed with Luke's work and professionalism. He showed up on time and installed light fixtures, exhaust fans in both bathrooms, and some exterior lights. He cleaned up the work areas when he finished. But the most impressive and helpful things were the safety tips that he shared with me. I have only been in my new house for about 3 weeks and these tips are invaluable. If you are looking for home projects/repairs done by a perfectionist look no further. I am a widow and although I can manage a few things myself, most definitely have my limitations! Had no clue who to contact for different types of work that needed done on and around my home. Selected these guys on a search list and so very glad I did. Luke was exceptional! He hung a shade in the guest bedroom that we were totally at a loss to hang. As it turns out, the hardware provided was in no way appropriate for the window we were working with. He also hung a piece of stain glass that required special knowledge of the construction of the sliding glass door frame. We would never have known! We hired him to install a new french door. The price was reasoble and when he tore into the existing door, he found issues and gave us options before going further. The work was gigh quality, quickly done, and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend and use them again. He was also honest about what he was good at and what he wasn't.

To be honest I called Luke because of his great reviews! He seemed to be just what I needed to get this project completed. Well let me tell you he was better than I expected. Picked up when I called and showed up early thats rare.

I thought I knew what I wanted however once we spoke he gave me several options and explained the benefits of each. His ideas saved me a ton of money and the work is top notch just like the others have said about him.
