Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

Wow! They’re fantastic. On all 4 occasions (rescue), they've been professional, prompt, courteous, SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Saved me time and money on water line and gas line relocations, drain backups, and toilet problems. Their service manager even gave me helpful advice on an upcoming dishwasher install which scored points with my wife! John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

My review is unfortunately like so many here- listen to these low reviews and not the excuses the company provides for their awful customer service. I would give this company zero stars I could do so. They asked me to wait from 6/19 until 7/5 for my central air system to get repaired, followed by canceling the day of service and requesting that I wait an additional 5 days because the technician called off. I just received a call today (7/10) 20 minutes before the technician was supposed to arrive that they're canceling my appointment indefinitely because the technician put in notice. As a result I have to go back to the home warranty company after wasting nearly a month waiting on them to get their act together.

This company has been extremely inconsiderate of my time and doesn't seem to care that my family has been without AC for nearly a month. When I spoke to their assistant she said I could schedule with another company with less of a wait time and I did try to do so - unfortunately I wasn't able to accomplish that.

My house has regularly been in the mid to upper 80's with a handful of cool days while waiting for this company to get their act together- it has been uncomfortable and unpleasant.

I would recommend literally any other company in the area over this business. I will be reporting them to the home warranty company in hopes they no longer do business with them. Absolutely a horror to work with McAtee and I will for the rest of my life avoid the company. I highly recommend you avoid them as well.

Edit: As for the company's generic response, I don't see many 5 star reviews on Google for your company, so where are these 2,700+ positive reviews??? You didn't collect any money because your company couldn't figure out how to show up for the job. Instead you cancelled twice in the summer to completely inconvenience a family. Your response is feeble and doesn't at all make this situation better. I stand by what I said - I recommend literally any other company over McAtee.
