Roger installed my water softener, and R/O system. He did a very good job, and installed both systems in just a few hours! He was very knowledgeable about the system because I asked him a lot of questions on how the system works. I doubled check his info by reading the manuals, and some research online.

I would’ve went went a cheaper route, but I have the peace of mind that I had an actual plumber install a loop to the main shut-off valve.

I received estimates and interviewed 8 plumbing companies to replace my leaking gas water heater. We built this house 17 years ago and this is our 5th water heater so I decided to consider a tankless model. I chose Armstrong Plumbing because Roger was the most knowledgeable of all the companies I talked to. He was prompt when he showed up to give me an estimate, very professional and his 35 years of plumbing experience was obvious. I was very impressed with his presentation and knowledge of the products we were discussing. He came to my house the next day and installed a tankless water heater and during the installation process he was neat and efficient. While his pricing was lower than any of the other estimates I chose him for his expertise and knowledge of the product and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I will call him for any future plumbing issues and I have already recommended him to a friend of mine who is also in need of a water heater. I am very impressed and very satisfied with the work that was performed.

A few months after Roger replaced my water heater my 3-year-old grandson flushed a plastic egg down one of our toilets and it was lodged in so tight it could not be removed. Roger recommended a toilet to replace it and he installed it quickly with no mess. As a repeat customer I continue to be impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and his commitment to his customers. He is and will continue to be my go-to plumber for all my plumbing needs as I trust him with any problem I could have. Just celebrated 35 years of EWB (Extreme Wedded Bliss). Apparently “Coral” is the traditional celebratory gift (because what expresses 35 years of bonded matrimony like “the hard substance that is the exoskeleton of a marine invertebrate”…), however, we went with an appropriate aquatic related theme by having a tankless water heater and a water softening system installed! Thank you Roger Armstrong! First time in nearly 24 years of living in Phoenix that we’ve been able to turn on the water and step into a warm shower without running the water for 2.5 minutes… And, no, I have NO idea why we waited so long to do this, but we highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing for anyone with plumbing issues or water system dreams. Roger was Prompt. Pleasant. Reasonable. Thorough. The systems are aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient! We’re super happy with the end result!

Update: We hired Armstrong again to fix a root obstruction in our main line which is in our backyard. He replaced a big section of old clay pipe with a new ABS pipe and added directional clean outs. We now have a root-proof pipe and easy access in case of future clogs. He then sent his camera through and checked the rest of the line, providing us with peace of mind.

If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Our rental tenants reached out to us and told us there was water leaking from the backyard hose bib. I drove out to the house to check out the leak and immediately realized the leak was much worse than I could have imagined. I went to turn the water off but the valve was not working and the water was still running and appeared to be causing water damage to our foundation.

My sister suggested we ask a neighbor for a tool to turn off the water. That is when we saw Roger's plumbing van a few houses down. We jogged over and knocked on his door to ask for help. Roger was amazing, he was willing to quickly come, turn off the water with some fancy tool he had, assess the area, assess the damage and give me a quote on the spot. He was available to fix the leak and the dry wall all within 2 days.

Roger's immaculate customer service was beyond what I could've asked for in a time of crisis. Roger put us in contact with a thorough adjuster who was able to come to the property, assess the water damage, get in contact with insurance and file a claim all within 2hrs. Roger did a wonderful job on the work he did on our house and thanks to him, I was able to sleep knowing everything was being taken care of.

Roger has very strong communication skills which is what you want especially when you are not able to be on site for repairs. He was able to break everything down and itemize the costs for insurance, which made the coverage portion flawlessly smooth.

I will highly recommend Roger to everyone and will continue to contract him for all of our plumbing needs. Pricing was very fair especially for such quality work and such a breezy process.

Roger made an appointment and gave me a bid for the job (complete rebuild of water manifold on outside of house, copper and PVC). Roger completed the work as scheduled, as described, on time and as estimated. I could not give anyone a higher recommendation if you have plumbing work that needs done.

My 1 year old garbage disposal started leaking, and Roger came out the day I called. It’s difficult these days to find a professional, responsive, honest, plumbing company. Roger and Armstrong are who you need to call. Roger was a referral from a friend of a friend. He answered the on first call and came out the very next day when I had a water leak in my garage. The water leak was coming from my air-conditioning unit and not the plumbing. Robert had the integrity to tell me what was causing the problem and not try to charge me for a repair he didn’t do. We had a leak in the main water pipe; detected it on Tuesday, Armstrong replaced the whole pipe, all the way to the street, on Thursday.
$1000 less, and a week earlier, than the big, established, plumbing company.

Just found my new plumber, Roger is an absolute pro. Hired him to install a garbage disposal and replace the guts of a troublesome toilet. He diagnosed the toilet issue in all of 2 seconds and it was a quick and easy fix, so he did it at no charge. Pleasant surprise! I ended up having him replace the shut off valve as well, and he had all the parts needed on his truck. Garbage disposal was done quickly and the install was of high quality. He even showed me a couple tricks on how to fix it if it ever gets jammed.

This is the type of contractor you hire and then recommend to your friends. Just good vibes right off the bat, he is a friendly guy and obviously knows his stuff. Honest too, his pricing is up front and reasonable. Easy recommendation here, Armstrong Plumbing is top notch.

Roger was very helpful, I called him with a leak in the front yard and he spent time on the phone walking me through how to shut off the affected pipe until he could get out to look at it. He was able to get me on the schedule a few days later and did a great job with the repairs.

Roger was able to come out same-day on Saturday and replace my hose bib after I goobered it up trying to stop it from leaking. It only took him a few minutes and He gave me a nice ball-valve spigot that won't ever leak.

Armstrong plumbing came out today to replace our garbage disposal. He ended up finding a problem and fixing it saving us hundreds of dollars. We didn’t have to spend the money to install a brand new garbage disposal after all.

We moved to the northwest valley 11 months ago and in need of establishing a relationship with a plumbing company. Our anti-syphon valve began leaking. I saw all the great reviews on Google for Armstrong Plumbing, so I called and Roger, the owner, answered the phone. I received a confirmation of my appointment in advance and when Roger was on his way with arrival time. He is professional and thorough and reasonably priced. We will call upon him again when the need arises.

I called Roger (owner of Armstrong Plumbing) in the evening not expecting anyone to answer the phone. Roger answered right away and I explained my clogged toilet problem. I could tell he had a busy day the next day as he tried to figure out if he could make it over. In order to fit us in he got up extra early and came first thing before all his other jobs. It took him all of 30 seconds and he had my toilet unclogged. He was very profession. I highly recommend Roger and he will absolutely be my first call for ANY plumbing needs in the future. Excellent job done to replace sewer pipe that was twisted by tree roots. Cut out concrete in bedroom, dug down about 4 feet removed root and sewer pipe. Replaced sewer pipe, filled in and concreted to finish. Thanks for completing in 2 days.

Called for help on Monday. Needed a shower handle cartridge replaced. Pipes were hammering/knocking. Plumber (Roger) came on Tuesday and everything was fixed in a half hour for less than $90. My spouse and I will be talking to him about a tankless water heater because that is his specialty.

Roger removed my soft water system (which was leaking and not properly installed). If I was not selling my current house in the next two years I would have had Roger properly install a new water softener system.

Roger replaced our old water heater and softener. He installed a high-end tankless system that looks and works great, and was priced fairly. He was punctual, professional, accommodating, and patient with all of my questions. I will not hesitate to use him for all of our plumbing needs going forward. I prefer to support small businesses where the person that picks up the phone is the owner/operator and that's what I got with Roger.

We had several plumbing company come out to do steam shower unit reinstallation . One major company in the valley gave estimate of 2400.00 I’m not kidding another 500 which was reasonable but a lil hi then Roger came gave us quote an I’m not kidding in about hour an half he came an said all done water is on . This guy is the deal no fake no make believe just quality repair I’m telling you once again this dude is Good

10/10 highly recommend!!! Roger was the most responsive, honest, and hard working plumber I’ve ever worked with or spoken to. I needed a water softening system for my home and I needed it fast. Our hard water was taking a toll on my wife and daughters skin. I called a number of big plumbing companies around the valley and they were ALL outrageously overpriced and provided little explanation of charges and it was like pulling teeth to get responses in general. Then thankfully, I stumbled across Armstrong Plumbing. Roger was so quick to respond and provided so much insight as to the product to use and why it’s so much more beneficial. He has incredible knowledge and is just a great person that brings a great energy. And his pricing was way better than any of the dozen companies I’d spoken to. Excellent craftsmanship, excellent product, excellent value, excellent company. Armstrong Plumbing has 100% earned a customer for life. In fact, I’ve already given his info to family and friends.

Roger was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for changing hot water tanks to tankless!
