I have a warranty with American Home Shield but it was an emergency. AHS told me it was an hour wait. Well, when you have a tankless water system that's leaking, waiting an hour is NOT an option. Diego was professional and gave me advice about the system

Called Chris at Synergy Plumbing because he did some work for my sister and he came highly recommended. He got back to me right away and sent out workers within less than an hour. They did an awesome job and I highly recommend if you need a plumber to hire them.

arrived back from vacation and our heater didn’t work. contacted first thing in the morning and was called within an hour to be notified a repairman was going to be arriving within 2 hours. Was all fixed before 11:00 am. Great service and communication!

The waterline in my front yard between the meter and the house ruptured on Thanksgiving day. One call to M&M Plumbing and Martin showed up in less than an hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problem as improper material that was installed by my landscaper. Martin made the repair and restored water to the house before lunchtime!! Thanksgiving dinner was a great success thanks to M&M Plumbing! Friendly and outstanding service, great prices. My HIGHEST recommendation!!!

Very poor communication. They get auto assigned home warranty work (constant flow of business) so have the mentality that customer service and follow through in order to retain customers is not a priority. Very dishonest about having left voicemails when no calls have ever come from them. Will avoid in the future due to this.

Reliable Rooter was at our home earlier today. We spent $300 for various plumbing needs including the installation of a new dishwasher and a bathroom faucet. The faucet was extremely loose and jiggled when you turned the water on. I was told, “they’re all like that now, and everyone hates it.”
The dishwasher felt like it was going to fall out. They didn’t anchor it, level it to make it stable or install the new hose sitting right on the counter. A different plumber came back this evening and fixed both issues. What a waste of money.
