Would call them for all my plumbing services. I called another company with gazillion five star reviews and they told me it would be best to get a new toilet without even looking over the problem. Hips came over and fixed two of my toilet tanks quickly and for a fraction of what this other company guestimated. First time using Hips and I was impressed.

I needed to have my pressure restrictor value replaced as it was allowing 95psi into my house and the pressure broke my water softener. They came to replace the value and did it quickly and efficiently. At the same time I asked them to switch out my magnesium rod in the hot water tank to a aluminum rod since I'd be replacing the broken water softener the following week. The process was easy, the tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I know going forward any plumbing issues I have, I'll be calling Hips Plumbing LLC

So, according LVVWD we had a leak at our house. I called Hips and he fit me in his schedule the next day at 3:00pm (note: it was 114 degrees that day). He checked for the leak, and there was no apparent leak. I asked if he could give me something in writing, and he did. Then, on top of all of that, he ended up not even charging me for inspection.
Now, that's service with integrity.

I saw this plumbing company in yelp with good reviews, so I decided to hire them. Family owned company, run by Father and Sons. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They fix and reinstalled 3 complicated toilet bowls with handheld water bidets, installed water softener for the whole house and installed a drinking filtration system. This is not the reason why I am giving them 5 star, having done all that, the company's professionalism, fast response and most of all giving me assurance and safety of their job, makes the company one of Las Vegas Best Plumbing Companies you can relay on. Jose was able to send Tyler and Cody within a couple of hours to check and replace my leaking water heater. They were fast and did a great job. Also used Hip’s in May to replace 3 really old, maybe original, faucets. Jeffrey and Eduardo did a great job.

Copper pipe under my kitchen sink started to leak last night and was able to shut off the water until the morning when I called Hips Plumbing. The reviews were great so I called hoping that I could get someone out in the morning even though it was a holiday. They answered, sent me a text with a form to fill out, and within 20min I had a great Hips Plumber Jeff that came out and fixed my problem. Thank you to Jeff who was amazing and for the great work and service. Would recommend if you need plumbing services.

Great people but too expensive

Hipólito came on time as stated in our agreement. After reviewing the issue. I was going to need a new disposal. He went over the different disposals and costs of each one explaining to me the difference. I thought it was cool that I didn’t have to wait for one to be ordered, He was able to replace it the same day. I also had an issue in our upstairs bathroom tub that he was able to replace for me. Everything was done fairly quickly but in a reasonable timeframe. He triple checked that all worked properly before leaving. He respected the property using booties inside the house. Thank you Hip’s Plumbing. I am definitely a happy customer.

I can't recommend Hips Plumbing enough. So far I've had them do two jobs. The first was to replace a water shutoff valve in my garage and the second was to modify a tub drain line for a bathroom remodel. Jeff and his helper were the one's who completed both jobs. I had discoloration on my kitchen ceiling, which I assumed was from my bathroom upstairs. HIPS came out the very next day (they called to see if they could be there earlier than my appointment time) and cut a hole in my ceiling and confirmed it was the toilet upstairs. They replaced my toilet, and also reinforced the flooring underneath because it had started to collapse due to the leak. I believe they were only there for just under 3 hours. To be transparent, I’m a new home owner and this was my first big issue. So I cannot comment on or compare pricing. However, I feel I was charged fairly. The 2 gentlemen who fixed everything were very nice and informative. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Both technicians showed up on time. Explained in detail what may or may not be the case. (Had to remove toilet to confirm a leak). Unfortunately is was the worse case but their cost for the work they performed was well worth it. Quick, Clean and Responsible. Will call on them again .

Tyler and his helper replaced my water heater, disposal, a MOEN bathroom laucet cartridge replacement, four new faucet stops and a REVERSE OSMOSIS system.
VALUE? For example; They were here for 5 hours, were fast and efficient but I could have bought the same INSINKERATOR disposal and installed it myself from AMAZON for $365. They charged me $600. So value is subjective. Be sure to get at least three quotes on any major repairs from anyone.

purchased a tankless hot water heater, wrong one. Not for use for an interior installation by another plumber. Hips came out right away, removed the wrong one, returned to Fergusons Plumbing supply, they returned the old one, purchased the correct tankless water heater worked for easily 7-8 hours installing the correct one, including a gas line and finished the install so we had hot water immediately. The entire job took a few days. Very professional, would recommend them in a heart beat.......Great guys. and cleaned up the garage when they were done......

After an extensive and through search of a plumbing service to locate and repair our. main water line (runs from house to street) I selected Hip's Plumbing to address our problem. I chose Hip's because they had hundreds of 5 star reviews on line, are rated A+ on the Better Business Bureau site, are bonded, licensed and insured and are a family owned business that a long history in Las Vegas. They also showed pics on their face book page of customer's yards where they performed they same type of work and it looked like it had never been disturbed. When I called the phone was answered in a professional manner and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Jeff, who performed the leak detection service, arrived on time and went to work. He showed my husband and I exactly what he was doing and how it was determined that we had a main water line leak. He gave us the price for repair and throughly explained the steps that needed to be taken to resolve the problem. We accepted the proposal. The crew showed up the next morning, on time, dressed in company logo shirts, in clean and professional trucks. The manually dug the trench out, installed a new main line with minimal disruption to our water access, cleaned up all debris and told us the next steps - the city inspector would be out the next day, which he was. That same afternoon the Hip's crew returned, filed in the trench, put our stone back in place, cleaned up the front sidewalk and public sidewalk. Our yard looked better that it did before they performed the work! One year warranty on labor and install and over 20 year labor on materials. Based on my experience Hip's deserves their 5 star ratings and rave reviews. They will be my plumbing business go to for as long as I reside in Las Vegas! What a relief to have found such an honest, professional an capable plumbing company!!!!!! Thank you Hip's!

First, I want to give kudos to our Technician, Nick! He was very personable, friendly, and professional. He got to the root of our plumbing issue, made us aware of the problem, advised on the next steps and was in and out of our office in a timely manner. Thanks, Nick! Second, our service with HIPS from start to finish was smooth. I called and spoke to customer service and had an appt booked in minutes and even received an email confirmation of their planned appointment. We even have a few employees from the office who will be using HIPS for personal/at-home services!

Thanks to Jeff and Eduardo for removing and reinstalling my Moen garbage disposal with new warranty parts from the manufacturer. They did a great job and so far, so good. Leaking has stopped and disposal is working great. Still waiting on a quote to replace a Manablok plumbing system, hopefully I'll hear back from them soon.

Excellent experience and will definitely use them again. Another company told us the only way they could fix our plumbing clog was to dig through our office, cut the clogged section, and replace it. Hip came out personally on a Sunday and fixed the clog without having to dig. He put in more time and effort than most companies would have to find a non invasive and more cost effective way to fix it. I am truly appreciative and cannot stress how impressed I was/am with Hips Plumbing. Technicians were also very knowledgeable and professional. I’d give them six stars if I could.

I went out to my garage on Sunday night and it was flooded with water and water was pouring off the water heater. I called Hips Plumbing after turning off the water heater and the line to the fridge ice maker. They asked me to text some pics showing where it was leaking to determine if they needed to come immediately. I sent pics and a video pointing out where I saw the water coming from (spraying from the fridge water line and pouring out the valve at the bottom of the water heater) and letting them know I had stopped the leak by turning it off. With that information they said they could come out between 6-7 am the next day which was Labor Day, such a relief. As I looked at it further (no longer in incomprehensible panic mode), I realized that the water heater wasn't leaking, the hole in the hose to my fridge ice maker was spraying on the water heater and dripping down and collecting in the pan and pouring out from there. So, I texted an updated video that it was probably just that hose and the water heater was fine. The company texted back and asked if they could come on Tuesday (the day after the holiday since I had hot and cold water) which was just fine. Tyler and Cody came out today and they are rock stars! Friendly, professional and clean awesome work! They not only repaired the water line and added a tee for shutoff, they pointed out that the venting for the water heater was separated and not even connected so it was basically just venting into the garage which could be dangerous. I had just bought this townhome in March and couldn't believe it wasn't caught on inspection. They repaired that and I also asked them if they could take a look at a really corroded fitting on the water softener that the inspector had told me was just fine. Tyler recommended replacing it so they also re-looped my water softener. I spoke with Jose at the office who was so friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through all the easy ways to make future appointments as I will be having them come back for a full plumbing inspection for this old 1979 townhouse for sure. It is always such an amazing feeling to find a company you can trust!

Hipolito did a shower valve repair on an old Moen unit. The cartridge was stuck & came apart during the extraction. After discussing a total new valve replacement, he had an idea & decided to make a last ditch effort to get the offending valve cartridge out. It worked! This is where experience & ingenuity count! Use this guy & you will walk away feeling both satisfied with the job, & valued as a customer!

These guys did a great job replacing our old kitchen faucet, replacing a toilet upstairs, and pulling a second toilet that was leaking and needs some flooring and baseboard repairs before we replace it. Plumbing work is expensive these days and never convenient. It is nice though when you get a plumbing technician like Nick who is professional, efficient, explains everything he is doing, gets it all done in one visit, and does it all with a great attitude. This is our first experience with Hips Plumbing, but we will definitely call them again!

These guys were great! I thought I had a leak, they came right out for free to investigate. They were fast and efficient and really did a very thorough job of checking everything. At the end of the day I did not have a leak and they were able to show me how they knew that. If I had needed additional service I would have hired them in a minute to take care of it for me and they are definitely on my list next time I need help.

Although, they couldn't help resolve my issue with our RO system. I can tell you that these guys provide HONEST opinions and does not try to upsell you. They tell it as it is. They also didn't charge me since they couldn't help, while some other companies may charge you for just coming out. I really appreciate them doing this for me and was able to provide an honest opinion on my situation with our RO system. You can't beat that. If I ever have a plumbing problem instead of electrical. Jeff and his helper dis a fantastic job replacing my toilet shutoff valves. They also replaced my water filter unit for my unit. They did a very good job. Will definitely call on HIPS Plumbing the next time I need anything done.

Had hired a previous contractor to fix some plumbing issues. Shortly after noticed my hot water valve to my washer no longer worked. I called the same contractor back but they quoted it would take several days to fix and other excuses. Called Hips for a second opinion and they were able to come on my day off with in the schedule time and fix my problem the same day. Jeff was amazing! Highly recommend!

My water tank broke today (Feb 3, 2022) around 3:45pm. I called Hip's Plumbing after searching for a quick, reliable, and professional company. They were prompt and were able to get someone out to me around 5:30pm. They were able to install a brand new electric water heater. Upon rehooking up the main water line, we noticed a crack in my washing machine hot water cable as it was situated next to the new water heater. Arrived on time and provides exact pricing once evaluating what needs to be done. He was very fair with pricing and is completely transparent with everything he does. I even asked if this one outdoor pvc pipe could be insulated (protect from the sun) and even though he didn't have some on his truck he came back the next day to do it free of charge. Hips Plumbing came to investigate a leak out of a light fixture. I found it on Sunday and submitted an appointment request through their website, and they came out Monday. They explained the leak detection process and, after I agreed, found the leak quickly. Then they explained the repair process and quoted me a price, I accepted, and the leaks were fixed within a couple hours. Tyler and Cody were great to work with, and I'll call again for future plumbing needs.

Hips is awesome especially Tyler. I moved to Las Vegas a year ago and had a water hammer problem in the house we bought. 2 different plumbing companies came out to fix the problem. They had no clue. I happened to meet Tyler at a plumbing supply company. He said he wouldn't leave the house until he found out the problem. Very nice work . Had complete shower faucet replaced. Had propane main line connecting from ground to house with added quick connect fitting for a generator added.. expensive but good quality work done.

Just had them out to take out a broken kitchen faucet and install a new one, as well as replace the valves under the sink. The guy they sent out, I'm forgetting his name, was professional and easy to talk to. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

After two excessive water bills, and the conclusion that the repaired water leaks in my irrigation system could not possibly be the problem, I contacted Hips Plumbing, Inc. based on some online reviews.

I couldn't be more satisfied. First of all they understood the urgency of my problem because I had observed my water meter measuring multiple gallons water usage per minute with every system in my home off. In fact, I was so shocked that I turned the water off at my meter. Hips response was incredible and a service call was scheduled within hours.

However, my complete satisfaction didn't end there. Within hours Tyler and Cody arrived and began their efforts to solve my issue. If I said that I was impressed, that would be an understatement. Unknown to me, the shutoff valve on the waterline to my home was buried about a foot and a half bellow the surface as was my sewer cleanout line.

Tyler's experience was apparent, he instantly knew where to start digging and in short order he located one of the leaks and started to repair it since this repair was required to locate a suspected additional leak. The other leak was isolated when he and Cody also replaced the main shutoff valve for my irrigation system. Both jobs were completed that day even though they worked well into the evening. I can't say enough about Tyler, Cody and Hips. I would recommend their services to anyone, as I did to my neighbor who employed them the day after. If you desire professional and time service, I recommend Hips Plumbing, Inc.

I had to get my entire shower tile re-done and the installer put me in a situation where my plumbing was no longer lining up with the wall properly. It's amazing how something so small can become such a large problem. Nobody else had the answers except HIPS. They showed up ON TIME for their appointment (which was very easy to make and work with my schedule), were friendly and efficient. Their #1 concern was getting the job done right and that I was happy with the end result. Companies like this are very rare (especially in Las Vegas) and I won't call anyone else for anything plumbing related.

Tyler of Hips Plumbing replaced 13 angle valve and the supply lines. Tyler also noticed that the Pressure Regulator was aged and in need of replacement so replaced that as well with my Overall quality of his work was outstanding and he cleaned up the areas he worked. Hips was responsive from my initial request and I highly recommend Hips for your plumbing needs and will use them again in the future.

Saw the reviews and I thought I’ll try this place. Cool name, “Hipps”. Called and spoke to Jose. He told me my options and sent Nick over. Super professional craftsman. Again told me the options and prices. Wasn’t pushy to sell me items but informed me of them. Chose the plan I wanted and proceeded to get er done. 2 hours later, boom, new water heater installed. Thanks guys this really helped me out.

My 15 year old hot water heater stopped working. I called HIPS at 9 and they were at my home by 10:30. We discussed options and determined the most cost effective solution was a new water heater. I had hot water shortly after noon!

I was notified of a leak from the Water dept. and explored contractors to repair the leak. HIPS hands down was the most no nonsense, thorough, professional and most importantly economical, of the quotes I received. The work was performed 1 day after the quote. A 32 ft trench was dug, new water line installed, hot water heater was replaced, regulator installed, and the entire system was up and running about 7 1/2 hours. Nick and his team are true professionals. I would highly recommend them for anyone!

Great work and the guys are super helpful. They came in the morning to fix my washing machine valves last minute, then my hot water wasn’t working later in the day. For the fourth time in the 14 years we have lived in Vegas our hot water tank sprang a leak. We had an insurance police to cover these sort of repairs, so called them, got a lot of run around, had three days without hot water, then finally got told that they would replace it but that we would have to pay over $900 for stuff that was not covered. Not right, so told them we wanted a second opinion. Called Hips, who had done some minor work for us. They came out to give us an estimate, and even better they were prepared to do the job right then. They did an excellent and fast job, and although we were out of pocket for more than if we would have had to pay if we had gone with the insurance, we still feel like we got a much better deal. I would reccomend these guys to anyone who has a plumbing problem

We called Hip's Plumbing primarily due to their HIGH RATINGS to fix a few things in our new house. First time for us since we just moved here to Nevada. I was shocked that they would be out in less than 24 hours and that there was not a service fee for this estimate on these items. This was the case whether or not we chose to use them. Our reverse osmosis water system had issues and our washing machine connection leaked. In addition, we needed 2 toilets removed and new ones installed along with adding a new water line in our garage for a refrigerator and fixing our non-working water dispenser/line in our house refrigerator Jeff reviewed all items that needed attention and gave us an itemized estimate for all or part of the work to be done. Plus, he could get started right then and there! We chose to hire him on the spot and he began working immediately. He completed all of the items and did an amazing job on everything especially the new toilets. Best grouting and finishing we've ever had. I have already referred HIPS to my neighbors and best friends and was just asked for their card by a Best Buy employee who was doing an installation in our house after my talking about how amazing Jeff and the company were. Emergency situation with a total home sewerage back up while we had guest.

Hips came out in an hour to investigated the problem. They determined exactly what was wrong.

Cracked sewerage pipe between house and street under my drive way.

They dug it out the next day (6ft) and repaired the break. They also worked with our Home builder to explain what happen to help decide if it should be warranty.

Professional plumbing at a fair price

Everything was good. But the price should be more reasonable.

I had a leaky exterior irrigation pipe (feed line) and Hip Plumbing responded quickly. Nick from Hip Plumbing came out promptly and fixed the problem. He communicated with me quickly and sent me photos of the leaky pipe and his work after he fixed it. I would definitely go with Hip Plumbing again if I have any plumbing issues. Hip was amazing with the slab leak that was going on at my house. The entire crew that came to my house was very respectful and made sure to clean up after themselves. Hip was also very clear and detailed on what was happening and what was needing to get done. Definitely going to use them for my future plumbing needs. I had a bathtub problem which I thought was going to be expensive to repair. Thanks HIPS Plumbing! I had contacted two plumbing companies to replace an electric water heater prior to HIPS Plumbing, one of which was the company I had used previously. Basically neither has returned my call. Called HIPS Plumbing and set up a day and time for someone to come out. Nick came out, gave me a quote explained what needed to be done including an inspection after installation, which I told him had never been done before when I replaced the water heater. Based on memory of previous payments to replace the water heater over the years, I thought the quote was high. I then called a forth company who I had used previously for some work, they came out and gave me a quote over one-third higher than HIPS Plumbing for the same work. Called HIPS Plumbing to set a day and time to replace the water heater and there you have it. They answer the phone and and talk to you and get the work done.

Hips answered my call and was able to send someone same day who was also able to fix the problem. We had a leak and could not use our water heater so we were so thankful they were so fast and efficient. I called 3 other companies and Hips was the only one that answered phone on first call and was willing to send someone same day. Each person from Hips, scheduler and plumber, I spoke to was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also immediately answered my call post service about a question I had and got right back to me with the answer from the the plumber. They did excellent work and we are so thankful we chose to use them. I highly recommend this company and will call them for all future plumbing needs. Thank you for doing a great job!!
