joe came out to investigate a noise in our water system which he repaired and checked a problem with our toilets. he was the only plumber who could tell us what was wrong and how it could be fixed. other plumbers who looked at it did not know the problem but joe recommended a solution to repair the problem . he did a great job!

Great service. Discovered at 8:30pm my sewer line had backed up. After some scrambling to contain the water in my basement, placed a call to Roto-Rooter. Plumber was here within the hour and efficiently cleaned out the line. PJ did a great job, very happy with the service, and the price was comparable to what I've paid for the same job with my regular plumber.

After getting 5 competing bids, I had septic systems in three different homes completely replaced by A+ in 2017 and found them to be competitive, experienced, fast, efficient and thorough. Mike always answered his phone, no matter when I called, which is extremely important to me- I am a contractor myself (out of state) so I can be very demanding on my jobs, and as a customer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the secretary manning the phones at the office. I recommend them highly..and it takes a lot for me to say that.

I felt bad seeing the other review and wanted to write. I have worked with Shane for almost 10 years. He has always been amazingly responsive. My water heater blew a leak at 6:30am on a Saturday, he answered his phone, and he was at my house installing a new one by 10:30am!! Awhile ago he took time to walk me through an involved procedure with my water heater, over the phone, and never even charged me. He has always responded right away to any emergency I have had, and I've had a few!
