I can not say enough good things about Nevada Plumbling authority. We had an outdoor leak, and Jason was able to send out Andrew the same day we called. They came on time, fixed our leak in less than 15 minutes. They are friendly, professional, and did not charge us for coming out. Incredible and honest service!

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom on a Sunday and they were able to come out same day to repair the part and get our water turned back on. Service was professional and prompt, would highly recommend.

I called Nevada plumbing authority after a dishwasher repairman left our garbage disposal unusable. They called back nearly immediately and helped us fix the issue over the phone. I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

This company is great! Got a call from our nephew on Sunday that there was a leak in our water heater and water was running down the drive way. We live out of state so trying to find someone to go to the house on a Sunday is difficult enough, most companies even though they say they are 24/7, didnt want to come out. This company showed up and saved the day. They handled everything over the phone with us, did the repairs timely and connected us with a company to help with the water damage. They are honest and priced fairly, and so helpful with us being long distance. I would definitely use them again!

Sunday morning and no hot water for a shower. Why do plumbing issues always happen on the weekend? Luckily, I called Nevada Plumbing Authority because I had to call them on a weekend prior for a water heater leak and they responded quickly. Once again...Jason answered my call and was out in a couple of hours to handle the repair. Courteous as can be...found the most cost efficient way to handle the repair...and I was showering before mid-afternoon. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how fast they responded and genuinely understood my issue and handled it with a sense of urgency rarely seen from businesses now days.

Whenever it was time of a panic situation from initial call from jason to meeting in person I already knew I called the right company. As he arrived he followed all covid-19 protocols. Gave upfront pricing and replaced my broken Main shutoff in my garage which was spraying water and put me at panic. Before he even came out he told me were to shut water off in sidewalk meter box to prevent my house from damage. Work was very clean and complete with no leaks. He also cleaned up work area. Thanks again jason I will definitely use you in the future and refer all my friends family and anyone to your company!

At 1st they missed the scheduled time on site, however, the tech showed up and did an outstanding repair job.

We were absent for 18 months and the cartridge for the shower faucet collected scale and the hot water flow was severely reduced. I called NPA and scheduled a service visit for noon the next day. That was fair enough for a mid day call. But later, Andrew phoned and said he could come out that same day, which he did. He diagnosed the problem, went to get a new cartridge, came back shortly and installed it. They exceeded my expectations.

Jason is hands down the best in the business. He know’s what he’s doing, he’s friendly, professional, and shows up as scheduled. I will only call him for my plumbing needs, and I suggest you do the same.

My experience with Nevada Plumbing Authority was perfect from start to finish. Jason knew exactly what was needed to unclog the drain from my washing machine. It would not spin all the water out on the final cycle. I was worried a new washing machine was in my near future. I am on a fixed income, & that would not be feasible. The thought of going to a laundromat, oh my... he fixed it, & saved me alot of money.

Mr Anderson is very honest, professional and takes full responsibility for his work. A must have as a point of contact on your cell phone .

Jason has fixed leaks for me, fixed toilets, installed toilets, faucets, shower heads, bathtub faucets, and removed a bad water heater and replaced it with a new one. He always does great work with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend him for any plumbing job!

I used Nevada Plumbing Authority because they were referred to me and it's no wonder they were referred - the service was exceptional. Responsive, flexible, and not rushed to get the job done is how I would describe them. They take the time to exhaust all options and offered multiple fixes that range in cost depending on preference of ours, rather than focusing on how or where they can make money. There was also great follow up and it was really appreciated how much time was invested on solving the issues we had. Highly recommend!

I can't tell you how many emergency plumbers we called when our valve snapped. Most didn't answer, others couldn't send a tech, only one could even send a request out to a tech but couldn't give an eta. After waiting 2 hours for them, we called Nevada plumbing authority. They got to us in record time, worked super fast, and prevented a flood. I'm eternally grateful, and cannot recommend enough.

I cannot say enough about what a GREAT local plumbing company this is! When our old water heater died one recent Monday morning, I contacted Jason at NPA and he was at our property later the same day. He discussed our options in detail, and provided written quotes for 3 solutions by the end of the day. We decided to upgrade to a tankless gas-fired water heater. Andrew came out the next day and began work to remove the old water heater and install a tankless model in our garage. He expertly ran new water pipes to the new heater and had everything installed in a jiffy. He did a very neat and professional installation and it all works great! We now have instant hot water anywhere in the house.

These guys take obvious pride in their work, and rightly so. They are on-time, efficient, communicative, and they clean up everything after the work is complete. Sure, you might find plumbers around the valley who will do the job cheaper, but to me the workmanship, professionalism, and peace of mind that comes with working with NPA is worth any extra little cost you might pay. Highly recommended!

I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. We will only be working with them going forward for all plumbing needs. So very knowledgeable and gracious. I would give them 20 stars not 5 and a big hug for being so wonderful to us!!

Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

Jason Anderson who’s the owner came out on Sunday 10 September to check my kitchen faucet, come to find out all it needed was 6 batteries, Jason said no charge I gave him something for coming out on Sunday. He’s the sweetest guy very polite, professional guy I wish all plumbers would take a lesson from Mr. Anderson. Nevada Plumbing is our go to plumbing.

We decided to split up as a subcontractor team from differences we had a long time ago.

I had two gas leaks, one located somewhere inside a wall and the other going to the pool heater. Southwest Gas gave me the name of Nevada Plumbing Authority as one of their approved partners to perform the work. They were prompt, responsive, and did stellar work. I would not hesitate to use them again. These guys are great.

Andrew, from Nevada Plumbing Authority, did an outstanding job attaching an outdoor gas line to our natural gas grill. He spent a lot of time making sure all the parts were correct for the grill, even taking the time to go and buy a kit that would fit our grill. We didn't have the parts necessary on hand. I initially got an estimate from Gilbert at Precision Plumbing and they quoted me $385. Andrew quoted me $150 to do the job. We did have to pay $70 for the kit and would have had to it in either case, but I am so happy to have found Nevada Plumbing Authority. They are not only extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, but just as importantly, they are honest!!!! To me, this is extremely important as it is so easy to be taken advantage of, especially being a senior. If you want to have the job done right and for a fair price call NPA and ask for Andrew. To be fair, I just was very impressed with Andrew and I assume all the plumbers at NPA are just as good as Andrew so any of them will do a great job. I was referred to them from Southwest Gas and was I ever glad I called to get the referral. Mike L.

Jason has on two occasions come to help us with water leaks. He not only gave his expertise but also referred us to another business to help with water damage. He went above and beyond and could have easily charged us so much more, but that’s not how he does business. I bought a new refrigerator that could not be installed because the water line for the water dispensers on the old refrigerator could not be disconnected from the wall. I called some other plumber that quoted me $960.00 to replace that shut off valve. I called Nevada Plumbing Authority for another estimate. Andrew came to my house and was able to shut the valve off and pull the line from my existing refrigerator out. No repairs were necessary. I saved $960.00 because I found an honest and competent company. I am grateful that I found them. It is a relief that he did not try to sell me a repair that was unnecessary.
