Thay do a good job I would use them again if I need work done

Gennadiy was the plumber who came to my house and his work is as wonderful as his smile! He was understanding of the dire need to get the water flowing again and immediately went to tackling the issue. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and based on his precision skill level he was able to get things back to working order in minimal time.I would recommend Gennadiy to customers, matter of fact if ever I need their service again, I would request him.

A+ gets an F in customer service and scheduling appointments due to the owner (Becky)...not friendly. Even after you expressed the intent to educate us on a septic system that you installed we were unable to gain that knowledge. Thank you to the technician that came out and did a great job, sorry you were micromanaged during the process.

Kirk was very personable he explained problem well with water tank and made sure I understood to keep an eye on the psi gauge He cleaned up after his work He cleaned the overhead space heater; which really need it

One morning I awakened to find the toilet in the master bath backed up with s**t - Not a happy camper. Fortunately, there a plenty of toilets in the house. My first reaction was to go buy stuff to unstop toilet and be on my merry way. Well, I did buy the needed supplies and then thought better of my decision. I had used Roto-Rooter in the past in other homes with great success. I wondered why I thought at this point in my life I would test out my plumbing skill. I looked up Roto-Rooter in my area and spoke with a wonderful agent. She was the consummate professional and a great ear in the time of need. She arranged for a technician to come to the house the same day at a time that worked for me (really important since I work from home right now). The technician arrived on time and resolved the issue fairly quickly - a lot faster than my skills would have allowed. The technician provided me with an explanation of what happened and tips on how to avoid future problems. He too demonstrated the skills of the consummate professional. I am very happy with the service and have recommended to others. I am putting my potential career in plumbing on hold and will rely upon Roto-Rooter when the need arises.

Ryan just repaired my RO leak and did an excellent job! He was prompt, fast, extremely friendly and professional and most importantly he was honest about the repair work needed. I will definitely be calling Ryan for any future repair issues around the house! You will never need to call anyone else... Believe me I have dealt with many other repairman and technicians. This has been one of the best experiences I have had that I can remember!

Very friendly Staff members

I called Monday April 8th in the early afternoon. The man that answered name was Shane. He said he would be over to my moms house on Tuesday at April 9th at 12:30 pm NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED. Bad business would not recommend. Wasted day!
