My garbage disposal died and thereafter my kitchen sink was unusable, plugged. Kyler came out and determined the problem. He was quick and competent and personable. I also had a bathroom sink that was sluggish, and Jose Aguilar ('Petey') came out to check that out. Both guys were very good to explain what they were doing. Kyler went above the immediate problem and flushed my hot water heater, then tested the water pressure into my home. He explained why my high pressure could be a problem down the line, and he offered a solution. I was very happy with the outcomes of their assistance, and would recommend their work to anyone.

We called I Am Maintenance for repairs after our bathroom had to be replied, Mario helped us get a fast approval with our home insurance to start repairs and remodel to our bathroom within 2weeks we were able to come back home and have a beautiful brand new bathroom! Miguel and his apprentice arrived right on time, looked at the problem with our upstairs toilet leak, found the problem and gave us an immediate estimate. They proceeded to do the repairs quickly and professionally and showed me the cause of the leak - prior bad work by a previous repair company. They finished the work and were very quick and clean.
I was completely satisfied with the work and professionalism of the company. I would use them again and highly recommend them. The charges were reasonable too.

Destroyed my apartment and overcharged me 125 dollars an hour for 6 hours of work when they only worked 4, terrible service and abusive charges. 80 dollars plus tax just to show up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars. My bill was $1035 dollars for a plumber to show for 4 hours all they had to do was stop a small leak

Dallen and his team were great. Very professional. Incredibly thorough. Best service communication I think I’ve ever experienced. Constant updates and communication were very much appreciated. I just had a water heater and water recirculator replaced but the way they communicated was as if my job was of the utmost importance. To me it was - and they treated it as such. Highly recommended
