I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday evening, knowing that I was in trouble if I was without hot water the next morning, I called LVR LV Restoration. I was lucky enough to reach Brian Mizanskey, he got to work immediately- I called him after 7:00 pm. He was able to fix my problem and everything was back to normal before 9:00 pm.
I highly recommend this company. I admire their dedication and willingness to help out when needed.

Had a basement flooding and we called Chula Vista Plumbers. They inspected and located the blockage and the sump right away. The plumber team cleaned the drain and sump, added a riser and and new lid for sump. They are efficient, professional and the invoice is very seasonable. Highly recommended.

Although the guy who answered the phone when I first called was a little gruff, I could not be happier with the service we received from this company. The plumber arrived promptly and was friendly, courteous, and professional, and did a fantastic job fixing the leaky angle stops under my sink. He even went the extra mile to clear debris from the rotten angle stops that had traveled up and gotten stuck in my aerator. Price was very reasonable. Will absolutely call on them again!

After carefully reading all the reviews, I decided to call Bruce to unclog my toilet. He said he'd be here in about 45 minutes. Bruce was here in 30 minutes. He unclogged my toilet which had 30 disposable wipes in it. Very professional and honest. Also, VERY affordable. I live in Plano and compared to others I called he was the cheapest. Some guy tried to charge me $250. Bruce was way cheaper, honest & quick. Took him abt 45 mins, and he was done. Call Bruce for your plumbing needs. AWESOME JOB!!!

I initially heard of this company when I got a flyer in my inspection folder when I sold my house two years ago. I hired them to do work on the house I sold and they were very good. I've been in my new place for two years, and my hot water heater stopped working, so Phend Plumbing was the first place I called. They came out right away, were very professional, and were able to fix the problem the same day. I highly recommend them.

Paul the Plumber is the rudest service provider I ever met. He was late to his appointment and by that time I had to take a call from my boss. When I told him I was on the phone with my boss bow because he'd been late, he replied That's not my problem. He has a huge chip on his shoulder because he kept mentioning how he was so successful he could work whatever hours he wanted and mentioning how much he made an hour. He unclogged an outside drain and left a huge mess of grease and gunk. When he was done I told him I needed 5 minutes to get my credit card cuz I was still on the phone with my boss. He started banging on my door so loud my walls shook, shouting at the top of his lungsthat he was going to charge me $400 an hour. He's a misogynist that kept calling me little girl. If my home warranty hadn't forced me to use this guy I would've never ever used his services. I would've kicked him off my property immediately the second he started being rude. Do not use this guy. Let's teach people that treating people this way is unacceptable.
