O'Rourke Plumbing has provided excellent service for me over the past several years. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Appointments are easy to set up and the office will call you 30 to 45 minutes in advance of the plumbers arrival. All work is completed in short order and the area is left as clean as it was prior to the task. Anthony always solves the issue and provides an explanation of what needs to be done prior to starting the work- a true professional. Highly recommended!

It was pleasure to work with Mr. Charles Da Plumber Mesa Inc who came over to my home last Tuesday. The job was to replace an old clay sewer line that had been collapsed for who knows how long. The work was well-done In a timely fashion.

Pure Plumbing is great. I live in an older house (built in the 1970s) so I knew I would need a plumber I could trust because older houses always have plumbing issues. I used other plumbers and always wondered if I was being overcharged. Then I found Pure Plumbing on Google Guaranteed and couldn’t be happier. The are professional and friendly, show up on time (with advance notice so there are no surprises), evaluate the problem and explain it to you and give you options (not only the most expensive one) and estimates, then fix the problem for the estimated amount so there is no “sticker shock” at the end. I liked them so much, I joined their membership club (which I also recommend). If you are looking for a plumber you can trust, you can rely on Pure Plumbing.

Witnessed a truck from this business tossing trash out of the driver's side window 4 times on May 19, 2022 @ the Blvd and Trop at about 2.15 pm. Do better.

Contacted XYG for a plumbing water issue in our bathroom. We had a water leak in our bathroom sink and we accidentally broke of the handle below when we tried to turn off the water so the leak wouldn't stop. When we contacted XYG they squeezed us into their busy schedule to do the repairs. They did a fantastic job and not only that they managed to replace all the water angles stops thru out the house. I truly appreciate them doing the extra work and the awesome Customer service preformed by representative Katie she did and out standing customer service attending to our need. Thank XYG. We highly recommend them for the outstanding work they did and excellent customer service they preformed. Thank You.

Bad communication - I told the secretary I prefer to be contacted through text. I Never received a text and the day they were supposed to come out they didn’t show up. I have been without plumbing now throughout the holiday and no end in sight. Yeah if you want a no call no show company this is it!

The initial service was good. Came out the very next day and completed all the work to get my house up to code. About 2-3 weeks later had an issue with a pipe that the plumber fixed and called to have them come back out and fix and was told when and what time they would be there. Well they never showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming! I called them again and they apologized and told me they would send someone out the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call! What good is a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it or follow through on work they performed. Very disappointed and will report to the BBB.
