They came out, took a look at the issue I was having and gave me a free estimate, which, I might add, was VERY FAIR. They have 24 hour emergency service so no matter what time of day or night, you can get the help you need so your plumbing problem doesn’t turn into a complete disaster. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and informative. The technician really knew his stuff and because they are a company based in Arizona and Maricopa County, they are familiar with all of the building and construction codes one might encounter when dealing with plumbing issues. I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

I am so happy that I called John Padilla Plumbing to assess my leaking shower faucet. From my initial meeting with Brandon, who provided an estimate for the work to be done, to his completion of the project, I could not have been more pleased or impressed. Brandon was on time, polite, professional, patient with his explanations, and extremely respectful toward me, my belongings and my condo space in general. He was also keenly aware of and attentive to the needs of my neighbors who had their water turned off during the majority of the work. I was especially delighted with the condition in which he left my bathroom after almost 5 hours of work. It was neat, clean and ready for immediate use. Called Miguel at 8:30am after I found my hot water heater leaking everywhere. He quickly scheduled me in for same day service. Professional. Prompt. But most of all honest. Highly recommend! Thanks Miguel!

I came home in the evening to a leaking water heater. Angry Pipe Solutions was the only company I called who answered their phone after hours, and Brandon came out less than an hour later. He was able to not only quickly fix the leaking pipe, but also recommend some things to prevent future problems. I had been meaning to put in a water softener for quite some time but I never knew who to trust. Brandon gave me a reasonable estimate, and he and Greg were back a few days later and I couldn't be happier. Now I have a new plumber and I highly recommend these guys! They really know what they're doing and they answer their phone the first time you call and their prices are reasonable.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
