Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. The staff up there, especially Britt, prides themselves in being problem solvers before salesman. They want to help people, and they do.

Vary helpful, arrived on time and pleasant to deal with.

As a TV news journalist with 35
years of experience I am always looking to find and tell a great story. I have found such a story in the great service courtesy of Straightline Plumbing.
Over the last year several units in our condo complex in Clairemont suffered severe water damage because of deteriorating pipes. When we started hearing banging pipes Plumber Rich Albee came out and within one minute detected the problem...that the expanding pipes during the turning on of hot water were compressing against wooden beams. Our HOA corrected the problem within days.
We also had a great experience with Gabe Walisky in the Straightline office. This guy is so incredibly friendly and on top of things. We also learned he is a plumber himself with many years of experience.

We are currently in the process of trying to open up a Bar/Restaurant and plumbing was a major issue for us. After going through multiple headaches and mismanaged businesses, Python came in and handled all of our needs. We passed inspection with flying colors, communication was amazing, and I always felt like they were in control and I did not need to stress about any plumbing needs. Well let’s start out by saying that I would not use Cobra maintenance and cleaning company if my life depended on it. They so-called gave me a veteran discount. I paid $1620 which was half for the work to be done, and they stated that money was for supplies. When I called 3/4 of the way through the project, I called to inquire about installment payments to complete the financial part. I indicated that I might not have all of the money when the job was completed. They immediately the same day pulled the workers from the job. I went out and immediately got a money order the same day for $1620,the completed amount . Also during that conversation on the phone, it was told to me that I would have to go out and purchase more supplies. The workers indicated that they should have finished the job earlier but the company was delaying supplying them supplies. In fact they use the tile that I have stockpiled in my garage and one of the workers used his materials he had for the tile in the bathroom closet. So my question is, Where did the $1620 go to, That I paid for upfront. So why was I asked to go purchase more supplies in the middle of the project.Before the job was even completed, on the same day that they pulled the workers off the job, I requested that they bring the workers back the very next morning because I would have the money order. They charged over in the afternoon and picked up the money order. So my question is, when has anyone ever asked for a complete payment when the work Has not been completed.
They play nice in the beginning to get your money, but when it comes to completing the task at hand, they failed short of my expectations. This is my humble opinion. Knowing what I know now I would’ve chose a more professional company to come in And complete the restoration for drywall, and flooring tile.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

Took my down payment and came out and started work but then never came back and finished. Stopped answering my phone calls. Stay away!
