Bought a new house that had plumbing issues. This was the company the builder used so they had to come out and fix the problem. Took them numerous times until they were able to solve the issue. Had a supervisor from Orlando office come out one time and try to say nothing was wrong. Unreliable company at best.

After calling 2 other companies 1 my usual plumber couldn’t come for a week. The second company never returned my call. So after 3 hrs of getting nowhere I called Southside. They took my call, had a crew out and fixed my clogged all under 45 Minutes from start to Finish! Seriously, The BEST service I have ever had in Corpus Christi... Freddy and his crew are Amazing , courteous and FAST!!!!

Update: 10-21-22 Company contacted me to apologize for the miscommunication, and I was told the charges would be voided for the trouble. Grateful for the follow-up and professionalism.

Hired Cuccaro to come and help us with a leaking pipe into our basement. We were told it would be $95 an hour to come and diagnose it. Josh, who was sent out, cut into our ceiling and wall, and poked around slowly in our crawl spaces for two hours. At the end of two hours, told me that our issue was going to require the eyes of a more experienced plumber, Matt, and that someone would reach out to us to schedule it. When I asked about their schedule and when we could expect a follow up, he said a few days. On his way out, he surprised me by saying that we were welcome to call a different plumber.

Over a week passed, and I did not hear back from them, but I did get flooded by automated emails and text messages asking me to review them on Google.

I called to follow up with the front desk, and was told that someone needed to come out and diagnose the problem. When I asked if we were going to be charged in addition for the time that Josh had come out to diagnose our problem, I was told that she would check with the owner and get back to me. Weeks passed, and no one ever followed up.

I did indeed call another plumber, who came out the next week and fixed our issue. A month and a half later, I got a bill from Cuccaro for services rendered, which included leaving holes in our ceiling for us to fix and zero follow-through on our issue. I called them to ask about it and got their voicemail.

Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

We had a faulty j-box for the oven. Dan came out promptly and professionally took care of getting this issue resolved. Highly recommend working with Service Today.

Our water heater was dripping for several months and then started to leak at the bottom. I called Biggerstaff on Friday afternoon and got a quote. Was waiting for some additional quotes so called back Monday morning to schedule the work. They honored the price quote they gave me Friday even though they had just gotten word of a price increase. They also had a cancellation and were able to send someone out within 30 minutes. New hot water heater was working great within a couple hours. Thanks so much for the great service! And I was able to get a $150 rebate from Black Hills Energy for this energy saving water heater.

I have used Steve for many years and found his work to be very good.
Sometimes in his busy season he's a little slow to return phone calls but I totally understand because he works alone and is very busy. Personally I like to do business with local companies and find Steve to be very honest and professional
