Make sure you do your due diligence in understanding how plumbers do their job or you can get taken advantage of. Always request a camera inspection with your hydrojet work or you can get taken advantage of and will have the same plumber come back after 3 months once your warranty has expired and pay another $500 for a hydrojet service.

Kevin and his crew are honest, reliable, and up front about their prices. They installed a toilet for us, took away the old one, and gave me some advice about other plumbing issues around the house. The price was very reasonable, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Repaired bathroom faucet and popup valve, returned at no charge to inspect and reinstall the popup valve gasket in the sink.

Kevin came out with his team to replace a kitchen faucet and install a filtered water faucet along with an under-sink filtration system. Though the job was complex, Kevin and his associates were patient, courteous, professional and paid great attention to detail, all while beating the competition’s price. Highly recommended.

Kevin of NuGen Plumbing responded to my Thumbtack request within 10 minutes. I posted a photo of stuck faucet cartridge and a photo of badly rusted laundry hose connector to the water hammer arrestor whereby the laundry hose was spraying water out. Kevin gave me the prices and options. I choose the rusted laundry hose connector job for now and Kevin completed the job on the same day with no up sales and provided recommendations for some of my other plumbing concerns. Very professional, pleasant, and as advertised.

Kevin was able to fit this job into his busy schedule. He cleaned (snake and hydrojet) all my drains and installed a garage sink and a new toilet.
