Our bathtub was not draining properly. Initially we contacted Roto Rooter who attempted to snake the drain and was unable to unclog it. They then wanted to do a $2000 service of cutting the ceiling out to replace a pipe.

Keith came out and he was able to snake the drain and was done in less than an hour. Not only did Keith save us over $1,800, but he was fast and professional as well. Will be using Action Plumbing for all of our maintenance needs in the future!

Advertsed 24/7 and when called at 4:30 am was told he couldn’t come out, he was too tired. Wow

The Job ended up being Massive.... way more than ever anticipated due to excessive and extreme blockage. The Final Result was Superior! Mike was very Professional, Fair and Honest. Not to mention, very Compassionate towards my mess. He worked tirelessly for almost 5 hours to complete the job. Although the job resulted in a much larger project than initially quoted, Mike did not increase the charges. He was also very patient and informative throughout the entire process. Alex G, the technician that fixed my leaky faucet, was great. He installed a new faucet and hoses in my kitchen in no time at all. He was very pleasant, professional, neat and efficient. Oh, and he even cleaned up a bit for me- he tossed out some paper towels I had placed around the faucet and under the sink to catch some water run-off, thank you, Alex....very much appreciated 😉! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to clean up a mess in my kitchen/bathroom with other companies after I’ve had plumbing work done. I would highly recommend RC Plumbing. Raul Chavez is an amazing plumber who worked tirelessly to resolve my outflow problem. He came back to my house time and time again taking a loss on the job to make sure that our problem was resolved his employees are hard-working and caring and know what they’re doing.

Went to find a part with only a picture taken of the installed old one. One minute later the gentleman identified the part I needed by part number!! Would try and find another plumbing service. They came to my house for 5 minutes, charged $160 and said that’s the fee for coming out. There’s definitely better ones out there
