Ryan did an amazing job fixing a messy leak in our basement. We have an old Shaker house with the standard conglomerate of 100 years worth of different plumbing repairs and he figured out a solution that was effective and affordable.

DeAnna in the office was great to work with as well. She was very communicative about appointment times and responsive to questions we had.

When we inevitably need plumbing work again, we will be contacting them.

Paul has performed plumbing service for myself and several family members. He’s very honest, quick to respond, and has the skills to get the job done. He’s helped me out of several jams and always stood by his work even after the job is finished and he’s paid. Recently Milestone did a major electrical repair and did an excellent job. I am very happy with their work.

I had an urgent pipe leak and they told me they were coming to inspect. They just never came. I called their phone probably 30 times, and every time it said User Busy. I was trusting them to come, and they caused me to have to wait another several days to get someone out here from a different company, and what kind of business has a phone that doesn't work? Very disappointed.

Dr Pipe came to work on the toilet in my apartment today. Competent and gracious man. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that later, after he left, I realized the toilet isn't perfectly stable. He came to correct something different, but I was surprised the toilet was unstable once his work was done.

We paid over 300 hundred and we still have a leak. With a strange faucet. The plumber that came out didn’t know what kind of faucet we had on and bought this. Needed this fixed installing sprinklers.

Axis did an instant hot water replacement/installation for us and we could not possibly be happier with everything from start to finish. This company and especially their field employees are top top notch. We are very very happy...nice job to all!!!
