Danny came at the appointed time and did an excellent job on installing a Hot Water Recirculating Valve on my hot water heat. What's called for in plans isn't always best, so it's really important to work with a plumbing crew that actually knows what's going to happen to every fixture and pipe when contractors and subs hand over 18 months of work and a home enters daily use. Recommendations and suggestions from plumbers regarding any change you might want before sheetrock?
Invaluable.

Planning isn't the end: We experienced a manufacturer's defect almost a year in, in a shower valve, and Seco took care of everything.

If we were to do it all over, again, Seco would still be on-site.

Used Quality First to convert a section of PEX to Copper in an area where the pipes were visually exposed in my basement. The job was quite difficult to make look aesthetically pleasing due to odd wall shapes and built-in cabinetry. However, I'm writing this review because Brian was able to work magic, follow the contour of the complex wall shape, and make the lines extremely clean and parallel. He took the more difficult option, but it looks amazing. It looks so good, my wife doesn't think we need to paint the pipes to match the wall color, which was originally the plan. Ray was also extremely helpful throughout the process and spent extra time answering my questions about the re-pipe. I highly recommend Quality First. Ask for Jacob, Brian and Ray.

I was referred to AJ by someone on our BP Community Facebook page. I'm glad I took the recommendation. It's a breath of fresh air to do business with an honest, reliable company, that went above and beyond. I had a whole house re-piping and also had my water heater moved from inside my house to the outside. Everything was done at a very reasonable price. Very neat and clean, work was done in a timely manner and with minimum disruptions. AJ even walked my dog, played with her and gave her treats. Other contractors need to use AJ and his company as an example of how business should be done.

First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!

Replaced both water heaters, great service, needed a plumber to install bathroom faucet, called Thurs, was told maybe Friday could get service, called Friday no answer. Called monday, still no running water in bathroom, was told she would call me back with appt, never called back. Called some else to get the work done.
