Great service! I had a different plumber come out and they did nothing and didn’t even get back to me for a week even though I had a emergency leak! 5 star came out promptly and found the leak and completed the work!

So I got a text message that a gentleman by the name of Ian would be coming between 8am-10am. And at 8am I hear a knocking at my door. Unfortunately there was neighborhood power outage so there wasn’t much he could do. But without hesitant he jumped into cleaning and tunning up my compressor unit. Great guy sat with him talking about work, life and other thing all the while he’s just cranking along like it’s second nature to him and low and behold power came on and with a tune up and the cleaning he did my house and family are cool again! Amazing guy. Your company is truly blessed to have him in your staff. And anybody should have him service your house trust when i say you will most definitely be in good hands. That you again.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with 5 Star Plumbing Heating and Air! There’s a reason “5 Star” is in their name! I called them in the morning and was quoted an arrival time, same day that afternoon. Not only did they arrive 10 minutes before the estimated window for the appt, they quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part in their van and fixed my AC, which is now blowing COLD air! Very responsive and professional. From the receptionist and Facebook messaging responsive time to the crew who came and got my AC back up in running (in 30 minutes I should add), made my experience with them wonderful! Would definitely recommend them!

My grandmother's condo had a busted valve on her patio. We called 5 Star Plumbing and technician, David Brown, came right out. Due to HOA issues, the repair couldn't be completed until the next day, so David did a temporary fix and came back first thing the next morning to finish the job. He was professional, efficient and even gave my son some tips on repairing the dishwasher plumbing. We so appreciated the quick response and the great service! We will definitely use 5 Star Plumbing should the need arise!

Dave did an exceptional job. He adjusted the water pressure regulator and the results are fantastic.

I called in the morning and the team was able to come within 5 hours. The gentlemen were professional and polite. They inspected the problem, let me know the options and then fixed the problem. The service was AMAZING!

Absolutely the best! We arranged for them to go do several repairs to the home where my mother lives. They were not only professional, on time, and performed all the work in a superb manner, they were unbelievably kind and accommodating to my elderly mother. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!

I HAVE TO REPORT!! My mother needed urgent help. Her shower faucet was stuck open. I live over 3 hours away from her and the best I can do was to guide her to the main shutoff valve. I called Five Star Plumbing, Heating, & Air because of their positive reviews. I don’t post reviews much, but because of their excellent dispatch response (friendly & fast) and superior service by David B, I had to boast about this company! So, Five Star Plumbing, THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE WITH EXCELLENCE. YOU TOOK CARE OF MY MOTHER, and because you did that, YOU ALSO TOOK CARE OF OUR ENTIRE FAMILY!! Saw the leak in my main supply line on the lawn at 1PM, Called 5-Star at 1:30, he was here by 2PM. Dug up the lawn, found the leak, fixed the leak with copper, put the lawn back perfectly, cleaned everything up and was done at 7PM.

5 Star Plumbing and Heating Service Is one of the Best Companies we have ever worked with, Period. My Husband and I are both Disabled and older. Our one and only Toilet stopped working and we were so worried. We found 5 Star, and they came to our rescue. They were here in Less than 1 Hour and took care of it for us. I Don't usually leave reviews but yet I look at them. So please believe that this Company Was A God Send. I will be sure to call them Again if needed. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the techs. Zeroed right in on the issue and took care of it. Unsure what pricing would be with other companies but I felt I received the service I paid for.

The 2 technicians that came to my home were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They definitely have my business from this point on!

Dishonest, unreliable, poor communication

Had previously been pleased with Five Star for a HVAC installation by them. Trusted them to do a good job on my dishwasher installation. Our first technician overcharged for what he completed poorly. I wrote a negative review which Teresa responded to quickly. They offered to fix problems and reduce the charge. They did as promised. I am back to being a happy Five Star customer.
