After several companies tried to up sell me on what I needed for my new HVAC Unit Mandolin came in and quoted me a quality unit at a great cost. I would also give the Installation crew a 10/10 as the quality of the install was excellent. If you are in need of a new unit for a price you can actually afford call Mandolin.

Brian Castle is one of the moat professional, honest, helpful, and hard working folks I have met in Minneapolis. His knowledge and skillset is above anyone I have had in my home. He knows how to fix anything I put in fromt of him. He also is flexible in working with my calendar to get projects underway. He has helped ua with last minute fire drills from boilers to gas fireplaces to water heaters to radiators. If you are looking for someone for your mechanical needs, I would look no further than Brian. You will NOT be disapointed.

Plumber arrived in the window they stated, was courteous and knowledgeable. I ended up using someone else simply becuase it was a Friday and couldn't wait til Monday for the repair, but would have had no problem going with this company otherwise. Price quoted seemed fair, and they're of the dying breed of Professional Services companies that still offer a free quote, which is much appreciated.

I don't recommend him. Easy to work with during the initial work. Workmanship failed right after the year warranty was up and repair cost us. Person with him said rubber pipe section that was used originally was too short.

Chris came by to fix a leak that was under warranty, which may have been a freeze issue, at no charge. We talked about the problem I described above. Both of us have a better understanding of each other's point of view. I do still have concerns, but I changed from 2 stars to 3, and WILL consider using him again, at which point I will update my review accordingly.

Very fair rooter service price. Over $150 cheaper than ready or rooter

Looked up a few plumbers and decided to go with Rich Waters because of his ratings. I called monday morning to arrange an appointment. The day of the appointment, at an hour and a half late to our scheduled appointment I am no longer interested in this plumber. We did not recieve any calls stating that they were running behind. I called at 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, plumber stated he will be there in a half hour. Now it's 1.5 hrs after our appointment, we will call that a no show. I have contact other plumbers.
