Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain

Yesterday, I discovered that my shower drain was responsible for the water seeping under the vinyl flooring in my bathroom, causing black mold to form. I have a mold allergy, so I sucked it up anyway & tore up the flooring last night. After bleaching the foundation floor & searching for the leak, I didn't know what to do next. I had to work today & unfortunately couldn't get help till after 5pm on a Saturday. I called around to several places & no one was available/willing to fix the leak tonight, especially on a holiday weekend. Van picked up the phone & came out last minute to help fix this minor, yet very inconvenient issue, before I had to leave to go out of town. He was in high spirits & kept me laughing the whole time. Van is very professional & personable. I'm so happy to have found this company. I will recommend you guys in the future & call you for my future plumbing issues. I can't thank you enough!!

My bathroom sinks were clogged draining slow they came out within a hour of my call and snaked the drains and gave me a 12 month warranty! I'll definitely call them in the future if I need a plumber

We had Rich Waters come out and replace the hardware on our shower/tub combo, and it was nothing but great workmanship and quality of service. Don't go to other plumbers, you can't beat the prices. We are very happy with the work that was done, and will be saving as our plumber.

Van went above and beyond the call of service to ensure our plumbing issues (toilet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal) were fixed. He was on time and efficient as he educated us about the issues so that we understood why we were experiencing malfunctions. How can I put into words best service I've ever received!! I'm the type of person that I usually do it myself and do a mediocre job but get the job done.. A friend of mine referred me to Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain to install a washer and dryer and remove the old one that I was struggling to do myself.. Once I callled Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain and explained how important it was to me they did everything possible to fix the problem that same day!! They replaced the washer and dryer and fixed the area better than what it was before.. They even cleaned afterwards and everything was left better than they arrived! They were very professional and it was a great price for the quality of work that they provided. Van came to my home and provided the best service that I ever inticipated on getting.. This company has surpassed my expectations!!

I'm in the military away from home right now and needed a plumber... They went out and assessed everything and fixed it for much less than I expected and I was able to pay them over the phone! This made my experience with getting a plumber great, thanks again to the guys at Rich Waters Plumbing

Looked up a few plumbers and decided to go with Rich Waters because of his ratings. I called monday morning to arrange an appointment. The day of the appointment, at an hour and a half late to our scheduled appointment I am no longer interested in this plumber. We did not recieve any calls stating that they were running behind. I called at 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, plumber stated he will be there in a half hour. Now it's 1.5 hrs after our appointment, we will call that a no show. I have contact other plumbers.

Had a last minute plumbing issue , and called up Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain and he was there within an hour. When he say 24/7, he means it because my problem occurred after normal working hours(after 1900). I would recommend this company.

Van came out to perform a full re-route of my cold and hot water distribution piping. He is incredibly professional and respectful. His integrity speaks for itself. He did amazing work and takes pride in it. When he came out to give the estimate he said, I'll treat your home like it's my own. That statement is ultimately the reason I hired him. If you're looking for plumbing work, Rich Waters is the company to call.

If you need a plumber to actually show up, I do not recommend this company. I called, made an appointment and was given a timeframe to expect the plumber. No one ever came or even had the common courtesy to call if they couldn't make it.

Horrible customer service; lacks integrity.

I have three toilets in my home and all of them were backing up. My third shower was also backing up with poop. Rich came out at 7:30pm and had it all flowing in about 30 minutes!!!! He’s very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable. I definitely will be using his services in the future!!

Van came out and was extremely helpful. He took the time to identify and solve our issue in a timely manner. Very responsive and professional. From the time the call was placed to the completion of the job exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend. This was at our business and he tackled the job with urgency and we appreciate it!
