Alex wss very nice, more than just on time, very efficent
I originally contacted Arch Plumbing Co for a standpipe issue which was resolved but asked if they provided other services - which to our delight they do. Customer service provided via telephone were courteous and responsive. Staff provided a reasonable appointment date. The service man who came out was also fantastic, professional and knowledgable. He looked under our kitchen sink and provided a reasonable cost estimate to repair the valves/pipes while also identifying other issues which he readily repaired. Clean up and service was not only fast but also well done. Highly recommend and would call again for future services.

Our water heater unexpectedly started leaking on a Sunday which makes it harder 2 communicate w/our management so we had an outside contractor come & turn it off as well as drain some of it. I contacted our management about everything & surprisingly the next day (Monday) they actually stepped up & called Arch plumbing Idk if they were sent by god but the 2 gentlemen that did the job were really nice, very professional, smart, efficient, hella cool & funny.
The water heater is nice, it looks like a device I need math for š itās only been an hour but itās awesome so far. Overall great ppl came & did great work. I believe one of gentleman was Alex & the other was G. Hopefully when I do an update cause itās only been an hr I will hv it right šš½
Alex was very professional, very respectful of my property. He came with his booties, which was refreshing because I donāt allow shoes on my carpet. He wipe down the mess prior to leaving. He was efficient and quick, will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Arch Plumbing has been my to go plumber whenever I have had both personal and business needs. What I like about them is that they communicate clearly what needs to be done and then get to action right away. They also have some of the most competitive rates in San Francisco. Customer service is outstanding. I called to request plumbing services and was informed that o one could come until the following day. When I explained that it was an emergency I was told that I would get a call back after the receptionist checked in with her supervisor. She called back in less that 5 minutes with an ETA for that day between 2-5pm. Arch showed up before noon. Addressed the problem quickly and provided me with all the information needed to make the repair. Phenomenal company!

Arch has been my go-to business for all my plumbing needs. I own a set of flats in San Francisco CA and call them regularly. They are quick and reliable and do a great job in a moment's notice. Alex did a great job fixing my water heater by replacing the controller and rewiring the gas valve sensor.
Alex was very polite and informative. Fixed my faucet handle quickly and advised me of what he was doing. Left the area he worked in neat.
Very friendly, responsive to appointments, answer questions and fix repairs as requested, however; he left the trash in my bathroom garbage instead of taking it out and jammed my door without notifying me so I was unable to enter the other side of my bathroom until I had someone fix it. The property management refer this company.

I scheduled with Arch (Alfredo) by email to service a boiler in a tenant occupied building. I confirmed by email the night before. They completely blew off the appointment. The work site is 30 mins from where I live, so this unreliability was a waste of time - and I then needed to find another boiler repair company. Iām only glad it wasn't an emergency. Iāve used arch in the past but IāD AVOID ARCH PLUMBING BECAUSE THEY'RE UNRELIABLE.

This is just an awesome plumbing company. They are fairly priced, fully licensed, and extremely knowledgeable. We have an older, complex plumbing system in our building and have had 5+ plumbers in to work on it over the years. These guys are the best, so much so that we put up a sign in our boiler room saying call Arch plumbing if the hot water heater breaks. We highly recommend them.

I know this is going to sound like a paid response but, believe me, it isn't. I'm a rental property owner and finding a competent and reliable plumbing company is essential to my peace of mind. When I found (and began using Arch Plumbing years ago) I was delighted with their overwhelmingly competent, pleasant, courteous plumbers. And even though they are involved with some very large projects, they always found time for some smaller problems that I might have. I'm serious here: You can't find a better plumbing service.
