Called at 7am. They showed up at 11am. Got the job done without issues.

The technicians were great and I'm giving this a 5 star as I'm sure this survey reflects on them. They did a great job. It was an easy job. Run a snake out 30feet to clear a drain. In and out in 30 minutes. The $346 it cost to do that was way over priced. That is the only reason I will not recommend any family or friends to call and I will not call you again in the future.

I have nothing but praise for this company and their service technician Hector. He always shows up on time, is helpful, pleasant, and skilled. Hector has visited my home twice, and both times he has quickly and expertly fixed the problems I was having.

Fernando removed our jetted tub from the master bathroom. This was a major renovation/repair project that required the disconnection of the water drain & all plumbing. After the repairs were made to the tub, Fernando returned a few days later and reinstalled the tub, including pouring mortar. We were pleased with Fernando's work, especially his knowledge and attention to detail. Fernando provided his cell phone number & promptly responded to text messages during our exchange with the tub repair contractor.

It's ok , it's all ok . What goes around , comes around . I never used this company before , but when these 2 guys came out and told me they didn't have the faucet replacement parts for a tub fixture , i was blown away . If i were a plumber , i would carry a couple of each item , and different makes , that Home Depot carries . I mean really , you have a van , build a shelving unit with drawers , or get a few plastic bins . I think i would be more prepared to let my customers see what kind of handles and hardware i had to offer . One thing i make sure of , it better be in plastic , new , unopened . I just don't understand , this company is well known , it's been around a long time . I first found out about them in 1980 - 1982 , when i found some of their zippered bank pouches near my home , when i lived on Aileen & Armenia . Those pouches contained a little money , and mostly checks . My only complaint is that they were not properly prepared for a job .

JL Plumbing was very responsive on the first call to fix drain/sewer line issues. Came back about 1 month later after line backed up again and warranted the work. Would recommend JL Plumbing for fast fair service.
