Todd is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He is our go to plumber whenever there's an issue. Have used him several times for leaking pipes and backed up drains. Prices are reasonable too! Thanks Todd for all your help! Would recommend and continue to use him for any plumbing problems!

Our beverage water faucet had been leaking for months because we kept thinking we would fix it when the Covid was over. That clearly was not an option! So, we called Beach Plumbing. Arnold came out to change the valve but that did not work, so he suggested we request a replacement of the entire faucet which we did. Kohler sent a replacement for free based on the lifetime warranty. Kody came the day after we received the faucet & quickly installed the new one. He was knowledgeable, professional & efficient. It is such a relief not to be wasting water. The technicians come fully masked and attentive to Covid protocols, so do NOT put off your plumbing needs any longer. We will continue to call Beach Plumbing for any future needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Deanna Hudson and her team at Total Plumbing and Drain. We have had to utilize them several times over the past 2 yrs and each time is a blessing. My 94 yo MIL had a big problem. A big name plumber was going to charge her $8K. Total came out, cleared the line for about $200 and got her up and running.

This weekend our washer backed up. They came out. Got it cleared. There was a glitch. Came out a second time and fixed it at no charge. What?! Always Yes, ma'am, Thank you, ma'am. They clean up after themselves to the best of their ability. They had to move big rocks around a flower bed to get to the clean out for the washer. They replaced everything. Can't even tell they were there.

Good people who run their business with integrity. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cant rate a no star, incompetent

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
