Rakeem has helped me with multiple plumbing issues over the years, and has always been wonderful! Most recently, he saved the day when my hot water heater (which also heats the house) went out in the middle of the winter. He replaced it very quickly and for a really great price. Highly recommend!

Andrew was knowledgeable and did a great job. He listened to the past history on the plumbing issues (We’ve used a snake successfully for 34 yrs until last June when we first called Roto Rooter due to water backup in basement shower and bathroom which has never happened) Andrew immediately checked the backflow valve area in the basement floor. Carpet was carefully cut around area and gate broken problem was clearly evident. This was our third visit - June- September and today. This was the first time we had Andrew.

The roto rooter plumber came in after we had another company come in and the first plumber from the other company said we needed hydrojetting. The plumber from rotorooter told us we did not have a problem with the line. He found that the original installer had put 2 flanges on top of each other and they had misaligned and that is what was blocking the toilet from flushing. Yes it cost a pretty penny to have it fixed but now I know it is done correctly. Our roto rooter plumber rocks and I will go to Roto rooter from now on.

Recently we had a major leak under our house. Leaking sewage, horrible smells, it was just a mess. A-1 came out and diagnosed the problem and said it was the main line and it would cost 4 thousand to fix. They spent a full day with 2 workers fixing the issue. We thought the problem was fixed and everything was fine. A week later we had to have some duct work done and the HVAC guys said we still had a leak. I called A-1 again and they immediately sent someone out and they said the issue fell into a gray area of something that possibly could have been damaged when they did the major repair. I had this sinking feeling we were in for another huge bill BUT they completely covered the repair which would have been very costly. I found their honestly and great customer service very refreshing. Todd was amazing and very knowledgeable just like the first 2 plumbers were. Their employees are skilled, polite and hard working. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs from a large job to just a simple repair. They are fabulous! Thanks A-1! Shannah Eastridge

He came to check why the laundry faucet doesn’t have water pressure, (He change the hoses without letting me now) and tell me that I need a new faucet and He will come back to install it. Charge me $289.00 didn’t fix my problem and now I have to call him again to pay for the installation another $300.00 plus what I pay already for the faucet $160.00.
I will not recommend this company!

Great job guys! I loved working with this company, they were in and out, fairly cheap and the plumber I had the opportunity to meet was very helpful. He gave me a few tips and pointers on my septic system for the future.

Never even think of calling this deadbeat, he asked for 800.00 upfront for a water heater, I gave it to him unfortunately, and he never returned with the part or with my money.
