I've worked with David Carrillo and his highly qualified technical staff for about 18 months on both simple and complex jobs to great effect at my personal residence in ABQ and at a second property in Rio Rancho – from a major bath renovation with a steam shower installation to the diagnosis of a faulty furnace installation in new construction to start-up and maintenance of an evaporative cooler. The company is very responsive – moving quickly to diagnose and repair problems and making good use of phone and email to communicate. Price points for equipment and services are absolutely competitive. The company deploys great business practices that drive value in our relationship: David’s personal interaction with me to ensure I understand options for corrective action, staff attention to detail in workmanship, and post-work inspections to validate quality of effort. Certified Plumbing is my go-to trusted source for any HVAC concern that comes up and I highly recommend them.

Definitely recommended, we had the worst plumbing issue. Both our bathrooms were backing up and we had called Sever plumbing services and none were able to help with the issue. I am great full that I was able to find Millennium Plumbing Specialist, once I informed them of the issue they were able to send someone in a couple hours. Lee was awesome and he was able to fix our issue on the spot, something 4 other plumbing companies were not able to. Great customer service, reliable, and affordable.Thank you guys!!!

In my experience, Abacus Plumbing is the best in town and I'm thoroughly pleased with their service. They responded to my problem (an outdoor leak) swiftly and repaired the problem to a standard much higher than the original plumbing. I will have no hesitation to continue to call Abacus whenever I have a plumbing problem and I recommend them without reservation.

the folks at G Force did a HIGH QUALITY job replacing my main water line at my house. Got a few other quotes and G Force not only was the lowest but they drilled underground to install the pipe. So I didn't have to replace/repair my landscape! And they provided a LIFETIME warranty. If you've got a plumbing issue give these guys a call!

We had a clogged kitchen drain due to a broken garbage disposal. The worker who came out did a great job. He removed the old disposal and installed a new one. He left the worksite clean. He was pleasant and professional. When I needed to modify his time of arrival he worked with me to accomodate my needs. All of this for a reasonable price which he quoted at the commencement of the job. All in all an A+.

I'm very thankful I came across First Rate. My 18 year old A/C started having problems and couldn't keep up with the extreme heat we've experienced lately. As I worked my way through Google recommendations, every other company had a 1-2 week wait just to diagnose my problem, which wasn't going to work with daily temps in the upper 90s and 100s. I called First Rate because they had a high Google rating, and they came the next day. Their service technician was very professional, knew his stuff, and quickly found the problem. Long story short, I needed a new A/C because fixing and charging my old Freon unit wouldn't have been worth it (leak in the system, coils damaged). They quickly scheduled the install and I now have a much more efficient and quiet system. Their installers did a wonderful job and were friendly and obviously experts in their field. From the time I called them to the time the new A/C was installed was less than a week - if I went with a competitor, I'd still be waiting for them to arrive to diagnose the problem. I'm happy to have a cool house again, and definitely happy to recommend First Rate to anyone else. Great service!

Always a great price

I thought I was calling for an estimate, Nick Triano was at my house for 10 minutes and determined my leak was a caulking issue in need of a handyman not a plumber. He wanted to be paid $130.00 for the service call without fixing my issue. His attitude was brash and rude. He spoke over me when I asked questions about his fees and that most of his competitors offer free estimates. I ended up paying him in full to get him out of my house and end the uncomfortable conversation. I told him he should talk rates up front in the future. This was an extremely unpleasant experience one that I don't feel would have happened if I was a man. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
