The call was made to Perfect Plumbing LLC at 12:08pm, within the hour service person was there to check problem with leaking water tank and a new water heater was installed by 5:10pm. Excellent service by very knowledgeable service persons, Sam and Cam. Love the same day service.

Called these guys frantically because I had water running everywhere behind my washer when it was draining, they asked me some questions and asked me to check some basic connections to figure out the problem, turns out the washer drain hose had popped off! turns out I didnt need a plumber but was impressed that they took the time to ask some questions instead of coming out and charging me for a trip charge unlike the last plumbing company I called. Will be calling these guys again if the need arises

My husband was coming home from rehab for a hip replacement and I needed a new shower faucet with a hose and grab bar fast. I called Horvitz and a friendly plumber came the next day and did a very professional job and left the work area spotless. I would recommend Horvitz highly.

I was told Cecil was let go due to him flooding my basement , if he is still around and he arrives at your house dont let him work on your water, call a new plumber or request a different one from heaney. The two guys who actually got the job done were younger and very professional and friendly.
