Called yesterday to make an appointment for a shower leak. Robert came out today, solved the problem and was quick and efficient. He was warm and friendly and did a great job. I will definitely use Best Plumbing for any future concerns.

When contacting Edwards Plumbing, request to work with Brandon Lusk and Johnny. I recently had some work done by them and couldn't be more impressed/satisfied. This team is the definition of integrity and will bend over backwards to help you out and get the job done right. They support First Responders and Military to the fullest. They were always on time and had great attitudes. In the future I would hire and refer Brandon and his team without hesitation. They did an excellent job and completely fixed the leaking water problem I had.

Wanted almost three times as much as a competitor to clean a French drain. Glad I used the competitor after reading some of the drain reviews.

I called Outwest Services because Louis Edwards said his company where great plumbers. So I called him to come check out my fathers house because I noticed his house had water damage. I wanted to see if we had a leak. So my journey with Outwest Services began when I called them on a Monday. After talking to him I was informed that he would be able to come check it out till Wednesday. Once he got there and had a chance to check it out, he informed me that we had no leaks, but that we had a really bad mold problem. He said that they where also a mold remediation company and that they would be able to help, and that they would send me a quote as soon as they could. I waited a day nothing.... I waited another day.... nothing.... now its Friday, so I say ok I’ll wait till Monday. Monday comes around and yet again no call. So I called another plumber and he showed up the same day and rechecked his work and he charged me $0 to come out and check the same thing Louis checked out. The real plumber recommended me to a real mold remediation company and they came out the same day and gave me a quote in 12hrs. So after everything, I called Louis and told him that I had hired a different company and to forget about the quote. After this, he informed me that his charges would be 150.00. I should have just called a real plumber and a real mold remediation company; I would have not waisted a week an a half waiting just to get charged 150.00. Just to add to this, I think he should have told me ahead of time what he charges before hand.

Excellent same-day urgent replacement of our hot water heater the day after Thanksgiving. Fast, effective, and easy communication.

L is a great guy. I called him after normal business hours after accidentally cutting a slash into my supply piping. It was spraying everywhere.

He came out on very short notice the same day after business hours and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. We hadn't discussed price before hand but after he showed up and fixed the issue he told me Not to worry and to just pay the goodwill forward.

Not only is he a great guy willing to help a complete stranger but he fixed my issue that would have cost me hundreds of dollars.

Quick to schedule a service call for a broken hot water heater. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem for $300 including parts. Most others we talked to were recommending a complete replacement. Unsure how long we would be staying in the house so this was the best course of action. Would use again.

I called to discuss possibilities, however, I was transferred to a voicemail in which I left my information to receive a call back. As a result of this I wanted to assure that my message was clear so I call Professional Plumbing back (what a name for a company that seems to not get it) the representative answered the phone and hung up the phone in my ear. I try to work with the company despite the bad reviews. Not only did I ignore the reviews I know & work along side of this company before on a project in which I became pretty good friends with the site supervisor. Not sure what has happen with this company over the past several years but I don't believe they have the correct people representing the company properly.
