Mason from Express Home Services came out for a semi-annual maintenance. He found a leak and was able to fix it and fill it back up with coolant for us. It's running great now! Mason was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. Really appreciated Mason.

Had a great experience for a bad situation. For a weekend emergency, Armond was very pleasant and the fee was reasonable. I would use them again.

He was awesome. Called because my upstairs bathroom shower drain pipe broke. None of the other companies I called could come out for at least a week. He fit us in his schedule the next day. Showed up when he said he would and replaced the broken part. Will definitely use this company again.

Was to repair leak for choice warranty he didn't have part he reversed my hot and cold how they turned on still leaking was approved to come back to fix he didn't show up then he sent Choice to say nothing is wrong would not recommend using i think he just didn't want to drive an hr and half to our house

I used this man 1 or 2 week ago and now I have the same problem. I got up and called him this morning Saturday October 30, 2021. He told me that he wasn't coming back out and I has to repay someone else to come redo a job I paid him for. Working with Tom Keller and his team was great! I had a situation where I had hired another company to finish my unfinished basement. This was completed in summer 2019 but I was just recently contacted by my county's inspector that inspections were never done for my basement. Well, during inspection, I found out that a plumbing permit was never submitted for a half-bathroom that was put in. I tried contacting the company that finished my basement but no one called me back. Getting desperate, I decided to contact several different plumbers in my area to see if they would look at my bathroom and submit a permit. Some plumbers were unwilling to submit a permit for someone else's work, but Tom listened to my story and agreed to take a look. He not only came and submitted a permit, but his team also created a deflecto vent to vent out the air out of the house. The plumbing inspector came and passed all plumbing issues. Tom and his team were prompt, very professional, and they really came through for me. Thank you Keller Plumbing!!

Statewide Plumbers saved the day. I had issues with Baltimore Sewer company and the terrible and over priced work that they did. Statewide came in and for a very reasonable price fixed the mess the Baltimore Sewer left me with. They are quick to respond. Very professional, and the quality of work is exceptional. I fully recommend this fantastic company!!!!!!!!!

These guys did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater. Steve was prompt in answering all my questions. Was knowledgeable and practical when coming to solutions. The pricing was fair, they were on time, communicated well, and did a quality job. I would highly recommend.

Called Ryan early morning and he was at my house within an hour. He immediately called Bo and he came with the camera and told me what was going on and said they could be out the next day to do the repairs. They had me connected and running again very quickly. Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
