I just bought a house in Detroit, and the plumber who fixed our bathroom plumbing prior to closing did a terrible job. I was recommended Quick Fixx by a number of folks on Nextdoor. They did a great job of fixing the previous mistakes for a great price. I'll definitely use and recommends them in the future.

We worked with Rich for a toilet repair and sink stopper repair. Rich and his apprentice showed up on time and were very considerate by offering to take off wet boots on a rainy day. They both provided a swift and accurate estimate for the work during consultation, and provided quality service. Rich took pictures and thoroughly explained everything they did to make sure I was satisfied. We didn’t get other estimates, but pricing seemed fair for what needed to be done. Very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend.

Started job late in the day like 33opmTurn off water didn't give any notice came late the next day about 1030am didn't get any water until 2pm did the same thing about 2 months ago no notice no water for 2 days I know the job needed to be done could let people know so we can get water to use the bathroom very inconsiderate people

Tim from Standard Plumbing & Heating gave us excellent service! He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right! He was able to diagnose that the leak in our bathroom was coming from the wax seal under the toilet, replaced & repaired it. Tim also took a looked at & replaced the guts of both of our toilets, which he explained needed to be done, in an understandable way and saved us money in the long run. Tim also didn’t leave a mess big mess behind, which I always appreciate. We will definitely call them in he future for all of our plumbing needs!

I called Alpine Plumbing to address an uncontrollable leak from an old outdoor hose bibb. I was prepared to be told the bibb would need to be replaced, which would have been an invasive job that would have also left me repairing exterior siding and basement drywall. I was put in contact with Jody who asked for a video of the leak and quickly diagnosed the issue upon receipt. He walked me through a very simple solution over the phone that completely fixed the leak. He saved me time, money, and the misery of stressing over a messy job. Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! We called due to a tenant's sewer lines not draining. They said they would be out yesterday, but never showed up. It has now been 12 days as of today since they were originally called about the problem. My husband was able to get the drains unstopped today. We will never call Tacker Plumbing ever again. I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service!!! Actually no service!!!

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.
