They sent a guy to fix a dripping faucet. The parts he used cost $25.00. They wanted me to pay $250.00, after I said I will pay a fair price, they got mad and put a lien on my property!!
Now they want me to pay $262.50 for a dripping Faucet!

Do Not Use this Company! They are FRAUD!

I've used Blue Sky for years and they're always prompt, friendly, clean, and professional at a great price. And they gave never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't really need (unlike many competitors). If I could rate them higher than 5 stars if I could I would!

Jordan was able to accommodate me and came a day earlier than expected- which is great when a pipe near the water meter is leaking! He was able to quote using photos I sent (mostly because it wasn’t complex) and his price was extremely reasonable. I have done my fair share of homework with plumbers and the pricing seems to be a rip off/outrageous, but Jordan’s pricing was extremely fair. Jordan was professional, completed the job efficiently and with quality. I am saving his contact information and will absolutely use his services again when another plumbing disaster occurs!

3 years ago I had this man come out and do our sewer line through the toilet cuz our sewer lines on top of the roof and he didn't want to do it because he said OSHA wants him to have a harness so he went through our toilet and when he did that it broke the seal on the toilet and made it leak so we had to get that fixed after he left. He said he got the roots out and that it would cost $95 but since we had a warranty service they covered it. Well last week we had to have another sewer company come out and go through the top of our house where the sewer main line is and no one has gone through it for probably for 40 years, so it's probably a good thing that someone else did it and to my surprise Andre left the roots behind, he didn't even take them out of the sewer he just left them there, so that made it multiply with the new roots that were in our sewer. I will never have Andre do business with us again. He doesn't take credit cards and I feel his prices are rather greedy when the second time he came to do the branch off it was $195 for a 10-minute job. I'm sure glad Garvin's came out and fixed his mess.

I have been contracting with AAARK Total home services for more than 15 years. I have had them do several significant jobs, for me on my rental property, my business and my personal home. I have had to call them out on several emergency calls over the years (not on their work) and they ALWAYS respond quickly. I have found the office staff professional and ALL the technicians to be expert's in their I field, do professional high quality honest work in a timely fashion, they always wear boot covers coming into my homes and ALWAYS clean up after themselves.

On two different occasions I was out of the country and depended, trusted AAARK and especially Titus T to just get it handled, on all of those jobs, one was a complete remodel on a rental property, I was always treated more than fair, whether is was a $100k job or a few $100.00, their professionalism was always the same. Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.
