Integrity. I have found very few people anymore that still have old values and work ethics, with integrity still attached. Without a doubt and all my dealings with the gp and service providers out there, this guy still has these creditionals flowing through his veins. There was no double talk, nor hidden agenda. Complete the job by actions or professional opinion of resolution to problem and move on to the next. These traits are usually inherited by strong work ethic parents and passed down through teaching our next generation, by strong parenting and receptive children. Something that truly isn't taught within most homes anymore. After numerous conversations and payouts with other professionals, he is definitely, my number one choice for this work and I highly recommend this company, hands down. When looking for professionals, make sure the owners are involved with the business.

I recently shared a negative review but I was more angry at Lowe’s than I was at Simply Water . I spoke to Andrew at Simply Water and he so kindly talked to me about my water issues. He came over and fixed the entire problem today at no charge . He was professional and nice. He fixed everything that was wrong and it took a lot of his day. He made it right . I feel I needed to make it right on my end and apologize. Thanks for all your help .

I have been using Keith Fowler with Fowler Family Plumbing for several years now for all my sewer scopes when my clients are buying a home. He has helped numerous clients be able to negotiate drain line issues. He is professional and gives a very honest evaluation. Along with the service he gives a video of what he saw, he does not just tell you. I will continue to use Keith for all my plumbing needs and have no problems recommending him to family and friends.

When Plumbing Doctors came they assessed my repairs and gave me an estimate that was excessive. I told them it was too high so they charged me 69.00 and left. That afternoon another plumber came .He did the repairs very efficiently and left me with a good warranty. Best thing was he saved me over 1000.00. I doubt I call you again.

I can’t rave enough about second opinion plumbing! They’re honest about the issue and affordable. Initially, I had a different company come out and tell me a whole line needed replaced immediately because it was broken and bellied, charging almost $10k. Shocked and afraid it would back into the house, I almost signed that paper! BUT. Luckily, I called for a second opinion at Second Opinion Plumbing. The line didn’t need replaced at all, it wasn’t broken or bellied. Rob at Second Opinion Plumbing saved me over $9,000. I’m so so thankful! I sound like a commercial on tv lol but it’s true!!! He did three bathrooms in my house, and plumbed the utility room...everything was perfect!

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.
