Kris was very professional and timely in scheduling and making it to my appointment. I had to have my dryer repaired that had a broken heating element and he had it up and running again within the hour! He was reasonably priced and I will highly recommend him to my friends

My original plumber who was contacted to reconnect plumbing after new countertops were put in had to cancel last minute and so Atta-Boy came highly recommended so I gave them a call. From the moment Lisa answered the phone I had a great feeling about this company. Lisa walked me through everything and said that she would get someone out that same day (I was shocked)! Within 3 hrs of calling, Clint and Chris showed up at my door, assessed all of the items that needed to be fixed, provided me a quote and then out the door they went to get parts. Within an hour they were back and got right to work! Now all of my sinks are in working order, they installed a new downstairs toilet and also cleaned my tankless system. All within 3 hrs! I had a leak in a hot water heater! Called Carter and they responded quickly and solved that problem and one that looked like it was getting ready to cause a lot of water damage to my home.

I had contacted another plumber about a water heater and was quoted a VERY high price. I'd used Ciriello before, and I honestly don't know why I didn't call them first. They came out and gave me a quote that was almost HALF what the other company wanted. I hired them on the spot. Don't use another plumber. Professional. Respectful. Quality work.

We're very thankful that Roto-Rooter could come first thing on a Sunday morning when we had sump pump problems on Saturday night. The clog was discovered, but had probably been there a long time, so the sump pump motor was friend and the system had to be replaced. Roto Rooter took care of all our sump pump issues thoroughly and professionally.
