In not wanting to do a big company business anymore, I found local plumbers “near me” via Google search.

I was lucky enough to select Roger Rooter Plumbing. Lucky for a few reasons:

3) Solutions Minded
4) Transparently Honest

When you don’t know an industry, but are very keenly aware of behaviors in presentation, it was easy to see that Roger has a very strong sense of pride in his work. Additionally, he looks at you in the eye and gives it to you straight without flinching.

Sometimes, you just know that you’re dealing with someone honest. And this was indeed one of those times.

He did a really good job with the projects that I needed done. No up selling or changes in the middle of work. Just about the business of making sure that what he committed to were done.

I wish that doing business with vendors and contractors was always as “good feeling” as this.

Bigger companies would’ve done me dirty. For that matter, in every experience that I’ve ever had, bigger companies have done me dirty.

Lesson learned!

Tying into this guy seals the deal on any plumbing issues moving forward. Y’all out there that are dealing with bigger companies should consider giving him a shot.

We've been working with Kevin for nearly a decade. He has always been fair and reasonably priced, and most importantly he is honest. I definitely recommend him to anyone in the area. Great guy, great company. We've had them install several faucets, fixed a leaking hose on the kitchen sink, and replace the float switch on the sump pump.
