Absolutely the best plumbers! Nobody likes to call a plumber right? It means something is wrong and its generally expensive. I have used Advanced Quality twice at my business and several times at my residence. They are wonderful. Always prompt, explain everything in detail and not too expensive. I highly recommend this company!

We can't recommend Jose and his team enough; they are the best! They are truly life-savers and completed a large and extremely complicated project with minimal disruption. After weeks of struggling to find the right solution to our plumbing issues, we couldn't have been more grateful to find Pipe-Thru and couldn't have asked for a crew that was more efficient, professional, courteous, effective, and thorough. We are truly ecstatic with the quality of their work.

Over the last two months, we've been dealing with main sewer line issues. When we reached out to Pipe-Thru, Jose responded very promptly and came to do an assessment; within 20 minutes he was able to accurately identify the real problem. Instead of trying to replace all of the old piping that ran throughout our backyard, he provided an elegant and novel solution of creating a new sewer line with the trenchless pneumatic bullet method in front of our house to connect to the city clean out. Not only that, but this was much more cost effective than other methods we had been evaluating.

The following week, Jose and his team arrived very punctually to begin the work. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire job in 2 days. Throughout the project, they were proactive in educating us about different parts of the project, going above and beyond to resolve new issues that came up without increasing the price, and giving us heads up about water disruption (which was very minimal). They took special care to make sure that none of our landscaping was impacted, and cleaned up so well that you never would have known they were there. Other projects we were considering would have required damaging large parts of our back porch, yard, and concrete, whereas with Pipe-Thru none of our landscaping was impacted at all.

Repaired Navien Tankless Water Heater hot water recirculating pump and valves.

Had a clog in my main sewer line that everyone quickly claimed needed replacing. Freddy was the only one that was able to properly diagnose the issue and was able hydrojet and snake out the clog. Saved me $$$! Thanks again Freddy.

Martin was very responsive and helped schedule the appointment since the clog was urgent . He arrived within the window he mentioned and notified earlier . Took a look at the clog and fixed it . Made sure the drain happened afterward and cleaned up the overflow as well. He also took a look at one other aerator issue on one of the pipes in sink and recommended what to do so it does not cost much . Overall was very satisfied on service off thoughtful work from universal plumbing.

My water pipe was broke, I call them in Saturday morning, Trieu is great helped, he answer my phone, said will in my house in 2-3 hours, after study, he need reroute my pipe to fix the leak. Their team come by Monday, spend half day and fix my pipe, they are so effective and good service.

The technician Richard is incompetent. Acts like he doesn't know what he's doing so he can take longer to charge you more. I have never paid more than $175 for the same service he preformed. Richard charged me $350. Outrageous.
Save yourself some money and go with a different company.

I called this company on Monday morning, in less than two hours their technician was here, his name is Mr Young. He took care of our plumbing problems here quickly and efficiently and the cost was responsible. In addition the building is very old and in need of repair but he handled it very well. I highly recommend you use this company.

When our water heater broke down, we called Water Heaters Only who came out promptly and right on time. Loni, our installer, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He assessed the situation and had a new water heater installed in less than an 1 1/2 hours. It was a pleasure working with him and Water Heaters Only. We had E.J Plumbing out to our house because of a low pressuregas pipe. There was a leak somewhere. Our HVAC contractorrecommended them to locate the leak. They performed a pressuretest and found the leak. Luckily, the leak was accessible tofind and repair. I had envisioned tearing the garage walls, or worse,to find the leak and to have the final city permit inspection. Theworkers were professional and they were even nice to my dog.
