Jacob and Kaleb are without a doubt the best plumbers around. We’re in the process of adding a second story and needed plumbing run upstairs for a full bathroom. We had an unusual situation that needed a creative solution. They came up with a plan, got us a quote, did the work, got it inspected and green tagged in a total of 3 days. They were honest, had fair pricing, punctual, tidy, and great communication. These guys do business the right way and we highly recommend them.

Hot water heater was leaking bad, rerouted to second tank until approval to replace them.
We have no hot water at this time...but cold water available.
They showed when they stated they would.
Awaiting 2nd visit for replacement H20 Heater.

Water Heater replaced Monday-10/31 as scheduled.
Parts ordered and ready for pick-up on Friday-10/28, but too late for AAA to pick it up when talked around 7p. Office is closed over the weekend...which meant longer without hot water!!!😫

First of all, whoever is reading this, if you smell bad odors in your home, please contact this company. It could be affecting your health, allergies and overall wellbeing. I have smelled bad odors in my wall and home due to foundation issues After Blacktie Plumbing fixed the plumbing my home smells cleaner and there are no more bad odors. I had Blacktie Plumbing out to do some repairs on my sewage after my foundation was lifted. Mat and his crew Carl, Travis, Justin did an excellent job locating fixing the leaks under my home and in the laundry room. They even replaced my air vent hose on my dryer because it had to be moved. I would recommend this company to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for making my home smell good again.

Had a new Kitchen Faucet Replaced on 12/08/2016, I am a satisfied customer. Chaz was polite and very professional. He did a great job and left the work area looking very clean. This kind of service is almost unheard of, I will call Lasister & Lasiter for all my plumbing needs.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.

They replaced two water valves for the washing machine and replaced on hose bibb in the yard. $877.00. I have already lost their number. Do not call them for your work unless you are independently wealthy. Never again.
