I tried to get several quotes but nobody could get as low as them, and when i hired them...they sent them out fast and it was complete, foundation patched back up before i got home from work. My friend has a commercial friend plumber that told me to make sure they did certain things. They sent pics of their work, commercial plumber said it was correct, everything is working again....sooo happy with this company!! Thank you! May hire them for my add on 😉

My first experience with Direct Source plumbing was great. Wes Hart was very trustworthy and professional. I originally thought I had two issues, an outside leak just past the meter and a possible inside leak under the slab. I was expecting the worst! Wes took time to thoroughly assess the issues and explain the potential repair scenarios. He worked quickly to repair the outside issue. He then diagnosed that I didn't have a slab leak after all. I've had other plumbers who would have taken advantage of the situation and misled me into paying for repairs that I didn't need. I appreciate the integrity and honesty of Wes and Direct Plumbing!

They came to my house for a clogged drain and did a great job! They cleared the line and open the drain and showed me roots in the line. After shopping around i saw that they had the best price of all the other companies in westlake. They completed the job on time and was great to work with! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! We just moved here from Houston and moved into a new house. We had just about every problem in a new home you could thing of. Our new house had been vacant for over two years and bought it in a foreclosure. !st weekend in our home the AC quit working and my wife started calling AC companies and no one seemed to be answering their phones and finally we got to WHM's number and it was answered in first ring. The person that answered the phone was very polite and assured us we would get service today. They sent a technician out in about an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem as some kind of part for the fan motor, put it on and checked our system and signed us up on their maintenance contract. We feel extremely fortunate to have stumbled onto a company of such professionalism and honesty, Thank you WHM

This was my second experience with J Rowe Plumbing. Once again they surpassed my expectations. Polite, professional, reasonably priced. I called for an estimate on a Thursday, they came to my house to give me an estimate on Friday, and the work was scheduled and completed on Saturday. Clean up after themselves and kept me updated on every step.

We’ve used Flat Rate for more than 20 years. Roy Adams has seen us through broken pipes, faucet repairs, and even a slab leak. He has great a great knack of finding the problem and executing a plan for repairs. He is very affordable I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
